[Resolved] Provogue — Order No.[protected]

Hi, I order provogue watch on 24 SEP 2014 and made the payment through ICICI net banking. I got confirmation mail stating payment is successful with order id[protected]. Its been 12 days and i didn't get any update from provogue team. When i check the order status in provogue website, its showing in process. I have called to customer care no. & give the shipment details but he give me the details of shipment which i was already received them & yr contact no. is[protected] no one can pickup the phone it's relay bad service. Give me reply on this...
