[Resolved] Provogue — Order No.[protected] | |||
Hi, I order provogue watch on 24 SEP 2014 and made the payment through ICICI net banking. I got confirmation mail stating payment is successful with order id[protected]. Its been 12 days and i didn't get any update from provogue team. When i check the order status in provogue website, its showing in process. I have called to customer care no. & give the shipment details but he give me the details of shipment which i was already received them & yr contact no. is[protected] no one can pickup the phone it's relay bad service. As mentioned in the scheme website you have availed, the delivery time of the order is 21 days.
Your shipment was shipped yesterday and you will receive within 2 days. The tracking details was mailed to you.
Please update the contact details of the care[protected] as mentioned in the site . The above no is HO board no. and in any case please mail us at [protected]@provogue.com
