I ordered 103732-BK-002-f with kmbpr299 promo code with kotak bank net banking and paid rs. 299 as delivery charge i ordered on 08/08/2015 but still now i didnt received the produce oeder id is #[protected] but it showing delivery complete i m not gdtting reply from.customer care if dont receive the product soon i will esclate this to consumer court
