[Resolved] Provogue — Payment taken twice | |||
Dear Provogue, , I have order one Men Watch through ICICI Bank Provogue offer on 28/10/2014. But online transaction declined that time. and amount debited and credited to my account. So i have again tried and order for Women Watch on 28/10/2014 and they debited Rs.299 to me and on 30/10/2014 i have also seen one more debit entry of Rs.299 towards first order. I have tried so many time and forwarded mail to '[protected]@provogue.com' and '[protected]@provogue.com' on 31/10/2014. Request to either send me product (Woman Watch) or refund the amount.
