[Resolved] Provogue — Problem with my order | |||
This was the very first time I had ordered something from provogue, I have placed this order on[protected].maximum delivery time given by them was 21 days .so i was waiting for my order .as per there website it was showing processing only.and till date its processing .i tried to send them mail for status, but i never received any kind of response from them .its like talking to a wall who ll never reply . so i finally called them and every time i call them, they tell me sir your order is under process. i dont know how much time will it take to process . where as two of other guys who had placed order has received it .This is very unprofessional service. i feel like i been cheated and its a fraud .i request you to please help me out in this matter. still waiting for my order, i wanted it to gift someone on depawali, its a regret that i had Placed order with such system which always gives you false commitments.
