Provogue — Watch not delivered on time, no replies or refund | |

I ordered the watch on 24th May 2015, and the order reference number is #[protected].
I received messages everyday that they are trying to attempt the delivery, but no one came to the address to deliver anything.
I have sent 4-5 emails to ICICI and Provogue with no replies what-so-ever, also tried calling the customer care number but to no luck.
I did not expect ICICI to be so careless and misleading. I spoke to one of the representatives and was told that I’ll get a refund if I don’t get the watch.
But I haven’t received either of them.
This is really disappointing and this is just giving a very bad reputation to both ICICI and Provogue.
You either send the watch in time, or give back the money. It’s as simple as that! Was this information helpful? | |

How can you not deliver the product to my address? It has been 11 days since I've provided my address, but I haven't received any news whatsoever. All false promises and fake words.
How much longer do I have to wait? This is really disappointing and this is just giving a very bad reputation to both ICICI and Provogue. You either send the watch in time, or give back the money. It’s as simple as that!
