Provogue — Watch ordered but not received any confirmation

I had made an order on 6th June 2015 for provogue watch through ICICI internet banking. The sum of Rs. 299/- was deducted from my account but I haven't received any confirmation for my order either my e-mail or phone yet. I couldn't even call a customer care also. What have I supposed to do? Or it's a spam/scam.
