[Resolved] Prox — about refund the penalty fee | |||
Sir, My name is shruthi i applied my resume in clickindia site then date 01/02/2019 i received a call from a girl named ziya khan (Mob-[[protected]] and help line no is[protected], [protected] And she said me that i can earn 22500 in 9 days by working from home. Then i registered with them by providing driving licence and signature.. After that i received a agreement on my mail id and in the agreement it was mentioned that if i dont work or leave the job in between or if i dont complete the work with 90% accuracy then i have to pay penalty of 4700 to the company. So after reading all the terms and condition i started my work and submitted the work on time but they generate fake qc report and then advocate sent mail and called me to pay 4700 rs, even i paid the 4700 as per agreement after that he telling if you want to continue then u should pay 14000 rs i[censored] want close they u should pay 13, 700 rs Please sir refund the amount and help me this is my humble request with you. Today i got a call from ( Prox Company) the Phone no [protected](and he is saying that he is a financial prosecutor) and they asking that my agreement due is in Feb, I have to pay Rs. 1, 35, 000 as agreement Clearance or else they will send me legal notice. regarding last complaint i complained to consumer court and issue were solved and they sent me clearance notice also, again today they are calling me and blackmailing like anything. i said that everything cleared and i got clearance notice from your company, still he is demanding for money i attached the last clearance notice from that company, and massage screenshot which he is sent me today along with this massage. i am requesting you to please find the attachments and please do the needful Mob-[[protected]]  Jan 29, 2020 Updated by ShruthiRai SirRegarding Last complaint[protected], My Name is Shruthi G.
