[Resolved]  Prox — harassment calls and messages and mails

Sir i have already complained about these fraud people of prox form fill work he is harassing me by whats app msg and normal msg and calls and mails please solve my problem sir this is my second complaint
and my first complaint in same day it was Sir/madam
Help please.
On, 24/01/2019, part time work at home, then one lady messaged me about work she told me about Proxy Company. She convinced me to work with Proxy Company and i also was ready for this work. I accepted theirs term and condition that was online form filling work in nine days. I received agreement letter from agreement.[protected]@gmail.com on 24 th January 10.58AM But, few days later i got to know this is Fraud Company. But today (25/02/2019) i have received email stating “under the section of 73-74-75 of Indian contract act 1872 for contract breach against you as under law that mention on the agreement that if you have not succeeded on your job or not completed then you have to pay the penalty amount 7800 under 4700 and when this company giving me work they didn't told me about this 7800 amount. i can't submit money. Please help me how can i face this problem.
His company lawyer doing mails, calls and messages and he messaged me and saying that reply us else we will initiate a further action against u for details call to this number [protected] like this and now he mentally harassing so plz help me sir. It's humble request.
I also check that agreement is made on date 30.08.18, where i accepted on 24th jan 19
