They again sent an email regarding the legal notice intimation. They wrote that i have to pay the money or they will file a case against me. Help me sir, they are sending threating emails. The date on the agreement was of 2018 but i did the work this year in feburary. They also called me and threat me.in agreement fine is 4700 but they also said that i have to pay 11940 and also someone called me for paying 8700. I don't know what is happening. Help me sir

Hello, I have signed a agreement with prox company but later found the large number of complaints in consumer complaint website. So I left the work and now they are abusing and harrasing me with the name of legal notice. I knew it was fraud company. I want to know why this company still running and why this company is still fooling people till this date. I am going to file the complaint in police station.

I contacted PROX company from ClickIndia for genuine online work, but I realise now that they are a scam. They asked me to complete 900 forms in 9 days, which was backbreaking work and i completed it with so much effort, but they say that my work was not acceptable. If they really were genuine about the work, they would have given some more time and better instructions. I even had to undergo physiotherapy for my shoulder and neck pain. Wherever I had doubt, I checked with them and did it, but still they marked it as wrong. Now they are threatening me with legal notice and asking for payment.
I find many people have fallen into the similar scam. Please advise.

Hi my name is nitin pal and I received call from prox company from a girl Arvi Patel. She said its a part time work where we have to fill the form they will provide 900 form and they will give aalry 22500 and a amount will be deduct from their side that is 4700 rs. I started the work but when I check the reviews imthat was the fake company and many other people's also raised complaints against the prox comapny so I left the work. Now they are mantally harrasing me to do the payment or they will do the case against me and now they send me the email that they will send police to arrest me.

They gave me 900 forms and they told to complete within 9days and they said that I will receive a salary of rs22500(rs25) per form. I signed an agreement. I thought that it would be genuine. I finished my work within the stipulated time. But I didn't knew where I had to submit as they didn't give any instructions regarding the same. I tried to contact them through phone & e-mail, but didn't get any reply. Two days later, they replied & i submitted my work. Today, I got a call from them saying that I have to pay them Rs.4700 or else they are going to file a case against me. I got the call from the number [protected]. I am being a victim of fake prox company sir few days back i got a call from them about the online form filling job completing 900 forms within 9 days.. She asked my id proof and sent me a software apk and told me to do my signature.
I was never informed that she is taking my sign for the fake agreement she sent and i wasnt even informed about the 4700 charges.
I asked her to cancel my id and told her i am not interested in duin this job thn she started demanding 8000 rupees for deactivating the id.
I registered on 19 th april 2019 and their website [http://ffproject.co.in] is also a scam form filling all the irrelevant information about the foreigners... I called a few victims and they told me they start blackmailing you after 9 days.

I have signed an agreement with the prox company on 10 january. Since then i started to work and completed filling 900 hundred form on 11 jan. But due to personal reason m not complete work on tym so after 9 day on 22 jan i recived a call from lawyer from pune that ki aapke against ligal action hoga and all apko penality charges pay out karne honge anll all so i paid 4700 as penality and 12980 rs for contract termination amount and 8800 for not availability in court so after this that lawyer provide me noc from prox company but today iii got call from one lawyer from delhi that we have some pending amount u need to pay again of rs 12800 for termination of contract but if i paid already y again please help me urgent. He told me if i not paid by 3:00 pm then he will file a case against me.

But today again i got call from arbitrator caurt delhi from numbe [protected] they said your name not clear from caurt and you have to clear out with submitting rs. 18000 online settelment else a summan has been issued you of ruppees 1 lakh 75000 rupees you have to pay after issued summan.

Please help me asap what i have to do they call me continously.

I was asked and compelled to pay 4700 compensation amount as per the agreement. They send me noc and compny advocates say in further you not any prblm to this agreement and you do not have to pay anything to think and close ur file. But after 1 month. They company call me and say pay file close fee. Payment they are still blackmailing me that they would take legal action, file case and so on. And call me faurd no. S... Please help me how can i face this problem.

Hello!! I have worked for prox company as well. So i have been said that if i comolete the work on time without any qc error i will be getting my pay. Iam so damn sure that i have done my work on time and with more than 90% accuracy. But i have been showed qc error and i was asked to pay 5850 as penality and i have paid the same. And after two days i have got a call to pay 9500 so that i will not have to further work for the company and i will be set free from the company bond. Otherwise a legal report will be filed against me and some legal report will be sent to my home. I was too afraid and i have managed to pay 9500. I have again got a call from them saying that i need to pay 18000 rupees or else a legal notice will be sent from the court. I dont understand whats wrong wwith these people. I mean work toh genuinely kiya hai humne. Uss company ne humme kuch pay bhi nahi kiya lekin return mein hume hi pay karne ko bol rahe hai. I dont think this is a genuie company. Actually i have paid the money demanded by them and later asked their company name and when i googled about the company it is mentioned by many customers that it is a false company. Can you please suggest me what to do further so i wont face any issue!! Please suggest me something iam really worried!!. Is this a fraud company? Why are these many people complaining against prox company?

Please help me she said that company will give 9oo form in which accuracy 810 form must be correct so i started the work and later i searched about the company the company was fraud they did not give me the complete information about the agreement and the work. I got a call from a girl named neha saying that home based jobs r provided by her company and she asked me to register by sending aadhar photo and she sent me the legal document pic saying that i have to complete the work with in 9 days if not she will charge registration fee of rupees 4, 700/-her company has given me the work by mail... Iam Bhanu, Recently I was looking for a part-time job which I was desperately in need of and I one website called clickindia.com I saw there were many jobs part-time with high pay that lured me to some time and I put my details and I got call within 5 min and they too with out any qualification details asked me my aadhar card copy and also a video of me asking job. As i joined the prox company... Fake agreement was given and told i[censored] make mistake in the form you will be provided time to correct it and submit... But after i submitted the work they told you have to pay extension money which was not told in the agreement... Second thing... They told u have to reach 810 cut off but my each and every 810 was correct but they showed a file which correct form was they marked with red marks... This company force to join and after u join they trouble you for money... Abuse you regarding money.. And most important they warn by calling every minute that they will go to court and case a file... Its a humble request that please stop making innocent people fool... And she said me that i can earn 22500 in 9 days by working from home.
Then i registered with them by providing driving licence and signature.. After that i received a agreement on my mail id and in the agreement it was mentioned that if i dont work or leave the job in between or if i dont complete the work with 90% accuracy then i have to pay penalty of 4700 to the company. So after reading all the terms and condition i started my work and submitted the work on time but they generate fake qc report and then advocate sent mail and called me to pay 4700 rs, even i paid the 4700 as per agreement after that he telling if you want to continue then u should pay 14000 rs i[censored] want close they u should pay 13, 700 rs
Please sir refund the amount and help me this is my humble request with you.

I am karthik i applied on quikr for data entry job, i got a message on whatsapp and she send one image that is work form photo, and send one video of demo that is i agree with all terms and conditions of prox company made one video and send me. But send me ur company details 1st but she said me that 1st u register i will tell u said me like that, and she called me for install one application for registration and again i asked her tell me de terms and conditions 1st, she change my mind to registration after that didn't replied after one day my phone is getting hanged so i uninstalled that app next day i text her what is de next step she didn't replied me. And anyone didn't called me for verification or you can start your job like to told this yesterday 12.02.2019 one layer called me and say i am prox company legal advisor you must to pay to 12500 with in 1:00 o clock, i didn't take it serious becz, any one didn't called me for u hve to start the work and all, how it is possible to didn't complete de work. I told like ds he said me that u have a proof send me i send an screenshot and audio clip he said me that this case in legal department ds will not use, u have to pay 12500 otherwise i will issue de notice. Sir i don't have that much money rt now please give me 3 days time, he said me that i can't i will send de notice and he issued that through post and send me an pho same day and send that photos to me.

E work from home (Form filling job) then she suggested me also then we both joined the company on the same day. They took our adhar card pic and video msg o[censored]s that we are accepting all the terms and conditions of the prox company then they made agreement between us and we started our job and i finished my work on due date and submitted to them and i also checked my all forms before the submission. And they also said us that they'll give us 48 hrs for rechecking of your work after submission but they didn't provide us now their advocate mailed me and called me and saying that you have to pay the money or else they will legally take action against us and making undue pressure for paying money. And i also checked my forms their were no mistake. So i request you to help me as soon as possible.

Sir, i paid the money to the prox company and after that they toutured me to pay extra money. But now they sent me noc that i cleared all the dues regarding this. But again they wrote that if any issue raises in future regarding this then company is not responsible. Plz solve my problem as early as possible that this problem clear here itself. Then she told me for regeneration please send voter id, aadhar card or driving license and also a video version. Then l registered with them by providing driving license and video version. After reading all terms and conditions i am ready for do the work. Then she told me work will send on next day (2/02/2019). Then i get the work and start doing. That day night i just searched in google about the company and found many complaints about that company. Seeing this i was totally afraid. I got to know about them. Their agent joined me but i didn't got any work.. But now they are calling and harassing me. The person named neraj pandey saying him to be advocate now pressuring me to pay 12600. He is saying now like crime branch will deal with me and there's a case against me in latur court with case number 73823259.. They are illegally harassing me all time... They are using bcc type email so that others can't know to whom other it is sent... Plzz with this problem
