PSPCL — Bill not recd & Change of name

Dear sir After number of visits to PSPCL office In Amritsar for last 6 months the problem still remains as under 1. Did not recd electricity bill for last 6 months. Though the payment was made approximately. Had applied for change of name from Amit Gupta to Rajnish Sharma and necessary payment was made till date nothing has been done. Please resolve the matter.
