PSPCL — Bill payment reciept not generated

I have online submitted my bill through billdesk.com to pspcl from my debit card today
My electricity account no. [protected]
Name: rakhsvinder singh
Mobile no.[protected]
After the payment i didnt got any conformation message whether my bill is paid or not but they deduct money from my account
On pspcl site i have checked for my reciept but it is showing no status
I dont know who has deducted money pspcl or billdesk.com
But my payment is through billdesk.com
I request you to help me to refund me the money if payment not occured
If occured then please generate reciept
