I was facing issue with the bluetooth. So I raised the complaint as i was having warranty. I was told to ship the product to service center. So before shipping i asked the customer service executive of pTron that will I get refund for shipping charges. They told me that i will my refund once the product is replaced. So i shipped the product. I was told that i will get the replacment within 15 days but i didn't recieved it in 15 days it took more than 29 days. But the replaced product is also damaged not having speaker filter same issue of mic. And also i asked for refund but they told me that i will not get refund as it is not under company policy. There are having worst after sale service. They dont even picked up calls operator Always say our executive is busy with other customer call again.
