      Ptron ear bass bassbuds purchased from Amazon dt.20.1.21 but the headphone is not working in a month . Raised the query to ptron customer care but no reply at all.

      Worst product purchased . As per warranty policy ptron has one year warranty for the product.. customer care services are also poor .

        I purchased Ptron earbuds from Amazon.in. Ptron company had given 1year warranty. Now earbuds not working properly as automatically disconnected and connected automatically after two months. I did mail to Ptron team to please replace this product but they're telling me that you've to courier this product by your own expense then do order again from Amazon. Many time I did mail but they're not responding yet. I would like to inform to future customers that this is fake committed warrant of Ptron company. Please ne'er buy any product of Ptron. I almost paid 1500/- for this product after seeing 1 year warranty.

          I bought Ptron tango wireless Bluetooth from flipkart 6 month ago. Now I am facing isues...left side bur was not working properly..
          so i call ptron tango customer care than they said to me that you send that product to us then i send that product to ptron tango..office Hyderabad...its has been 1 month now...now they dont give me any answer about that product .thanks...plz take some action about that company.thankyou

            I have bought ptron bass buds in dec2020. I have audio issue so I contacted ptron customer service. They have instructed to ship the product to address for replacement. I have told them that I would come in person and give the product for which they have agreed. When I went to address there is no company with that name. Kindly refund my amount

                  On Jan 15, 2021 I purchased a PTron Avento Pro Bluetooth 5.0 Headphones with TF Slot from your store on-line and requested the item to be shipped at my address . Transaction ID: [protected].

                  Today I received a call from courier guy and he was not understanding Hindi or English properly. After several calls, I realized that item is shipped to Hyderabad. I mean How can is this possible? I have mentioned address of Mumbai.

                  Could you please check and help me to get my item.

                          One side not working earbud wireless

                          PTron Bassbuds In-Ear True Wireless was bought on September 2020 and one side stopped working on December 2020. I contacted for replacement of the product by raising a ticket, #PR566869, and returned the product to Ptron via DTDC courier, which was delivered to Ptron on 2nd January 2021. After that i am not getting any response from Ptron customer service. I need a replacement for the product ASAP....
