    My product wasn’t working so I wanted to claim it’s warranty. I have sent my product to them and they are not replying since. Please give me my warranty claim and give me a working product.

      Hi,

      I have raised a warranty claim for Ptron smart watch, sent the invoice, images & then couriered to PTron india. Ticket #PR619839

      They confirmed the receipt & initiated the claim process but the story is below

      Date of return of the product : 14-Sep-21
      Mail confirmation on Refund instead of replacement : 24-Sep-21
      Refund initiation mail confirmation by Ptron (1st) : 27-Sep-21
      Non credit of refund mail from myself to Ptron : 20-Oct-21
      Refund initiation mail confirmation by Ptron (2nd) : 03-Nov-21
      Non credit of refund mail from myself to ptron : 12-Nov-21

      Getting frustrated for following up to get a refund/replacement. Now loosing confidence on the brand itself.

      Unfournately i have a earphone which is Ptron brand, worried about it's warranty. Let me hope that will not fail during warranty period atleast.

        I was charging my device overnight because I had faith in the 'Over-charge Protection' and 'Over-current Protection' which is the USP of pTron Dynamo Zip Powerbank. The next day morning the device's OUT port (type A port) is acting wierd. When I connect my device its facing frequent disconnections as if I am inserting USB cable in and out of the port. I had purchased the product on AUG 14 from Amazon and it got delivered on AUG 17 and I'm writing this on AUG 26. Apparently, the return window was just for 7 days. The product's inside was shaking a little bit but I neglected it because I was impressed at the performance of the device. The fast charging and Power Delivery was excellent in this product, but that didn't last long. I've sent them the product and after 2 weeks or so, they've sent me a faulty unit from LatestOne.com bottom part of the powerbank was missing and it was coming all apart. I've contacted them complaining about the replacement unit's condition. To my astonishment, they've sent me a different model. but it looks the same. I bought PTron Dynamo Zip 18W 20000mah - Black from Amazon and that got damaged after their 10 day replacement policy. But they've sent me PTron Dynamo Elite 18W 20000mah - Black. Images are attached for your reference. They've asked me to return the replacement unit and said that they will replace the item. They received the product and returned me back an email saying they will process the replacement within 10-15 days. Its been almost 3 months since I've heard from them and I'm concerned that I lost my money. I've created the ticket on 28th August and since 13th October they've stopped responding to my messages. Thankfully, they have not closed the ticket so I still have some hope. Please help me. If there's a delay in replacement process they should've contacted me after their claiming "10-15 working days" saying the same. But their absence of response started to upset me. Please find a solution for this as soon as possible.

            I've opted for replacement and they got me a defective replacement product. Again I asked them to send me a proper unit and they've taken away this product. And asked me to wait from 13th of October. It's been almost two months now. Please find me a proper solution.

              Pathetic buy. Within two months, the classic fault of badly made headphones occurred -- one side stopped working. With the product under warranty, one would expect a replacement, but their customer service is a farce and they do not intend to actually provide any support or honour valid claims.

              Don't waste your time writing to bots or calling a number that only returns automated voice messages. It's the first and last time I will ever purchase anything from these frauds at Ptron.

                  I Purchased Ptron Wireless Neckband From Amazom And After 4 Months I Started Facing Issue Of Charging. As Charging Last Long Only For 1 To 1.5 hrs. I Claim For Warranty. I Got Mail From Them To Post The product to their Place. The Claim Warranty That Prton Provides Is Not User Friendly And It is also Very Complicated. Even The Product I Got As Replacement Is Not Good It Has A Body Issue Of Ear Buds. PTRON should Work On Their Complaints And Should Improve The Warranty Service

                      Just after use of 2.5 months, left ear stopped working and now when i claimed for warranty they told me to post the product to their location and it cost me additional 100 rs. after 2 weeks spent and now they do not respond at all.
                      i have contacted the consumer support authority of my area and on next wednesday they will verify my invoice and india post details.
                      i am not seeking for any compensation as such but as a law student i am obligated to safeguard the interest of the consumers. for reference i am giving my ptron customer complaint ticket no.: PR115041
                      I would really appreciate if ptron team contact me.

                      Even if we try to feedback on Amazon, they don't approve negetive feedback that caused me to get in trapped and buys such products.

                                  I have received the exchange product but it still have following problems:

                                  1. You sent the black color instead of my original blue color.
                                  2. Its left earbud is not working.
                                  3. Its charging box is also faulty, everytime when I open the charging box its battery percentage move down to 10-15 points

                                  YOU SENT ME THE FAULTY PRODUCT AFTER TAKING ALMOST 1 MONTH TIME

                                      I had purchased 2 ptron power bank from Amazon both were damaged.One Was return from Amazon but since another was a gift for someone the return period was gone.
                                      So I had contacted ptron since it comes with 1 year warranty.
                                      They asked from to buy a new device and share the invoice and after that they will be providing service after that.
                                      For which I had denied as I had alreaDy received damage product twice.
                                      Later they agreed to get the pickup done and when I asked for the replaced product along with that I have not being getting any response on the same.

                                        I purchased this item from Amazon on 14th of sep 2021...till now it was working good now today when the battery was showing me down I kept it on charging, but after few hrs it's showing me the same figure 0 percentage charging and when m disconnecting it from my phn m still not able to disconnect and I am not able to receive any function thru my mobile. Can u help me out with the replacement of this product ...as m facing lot of issues with this pair set. The audio receiving is also very disturbing
