I have been sended my product for replacement It's been 3 weeks since i havent heard back from them.They don't even showcase an empathy to their consumers in response email.

why pTron takes too much time to resolve an issue I have registered a complaint on 06/29/2021
They said will replace product within 15 working days but after 1 month they told me that the product is not available so they will refund the money after sending bank details I have sent them till now I didn't receive my money
Its already 2 month completed why ptron takes too much time to resolve an issue
This is the worst service provided by ptron customer support care

    Claim for warranty

    As per ptron guidelines I had send my product ptron support team given address and attach courier receipt, invoice copy, and also mentioned other details and send it on date 2nd July 2021

    as per ptron policy Product replacement will be done within 15 working days but till now I didn't receive my product
    I already sended many mail but no response...

        I ordered ptron Bassbuds, and as I reopened the packet, I found the Bassbuds I purchased are used and dirty. Case is full of scratches. I complained them but they assured me to resolve my problem but no one came to replace my Bassbuds. Worst service ever.

              I was promised that my issues would be resolved .I emailed them my complaints about the previous default earphones ptron bassbuds lite, of which one side was not working nor charging.so because it was within warranty period I demanded them to be replaced. I was told to courier the default product to company adress which I did and was told to purchase a new one from Amazon and share all the details of the new product and bank details to continue the transaction .I did email them all the information twice but got no response .That's why I am worried about the refund happening or not. I have bought ptron bassbuds plus two red & black also shared the photo for the same.

                  My earbuds are not charging the itself is charging fine and both earbuds are working properly all the functions are properly working but when i put them back in the case they are not charging

                      We have ordered on 14/06/2021 two items of Ptron Intunes Lite Neckband Bluetooth Headset from Myntra.However one product is functioning properly.In the other one which is Black and Red in colour even after charging it the bluetooth is not getting switched on.

                        I had ordered one of their products .It was a TWS. It worked great had no complaints about it for 15-20 days I think so and then after 21 days it's charging case isn't charging anymore .If I couldn't charge it's case then how am I suppose to use those buds when they run out of charge completely.
                        So now I am unable to use them and it's in warranty and not getting response up to what I expected from a good company.

                            Ptron Buds Music Stopping for 5-6 seconds for every 1 minute when I connected to my Laptop... but when i connected to my phone it is working properly... i have registered complaint at Ptron website and they asked me to Courier.. Few weeks ago, but due to lockdown iam not couried.. Pls see the issue

                                I did so many emails about my refund you said buy another one pair and you will refund my original product money but I haven’t yet receive my refund...if you not take any action I’ll have to return the new product or I have to put complain against you brand or service in consumer forum so plzzz refund my money as soon as possible because I already sent my all bank details for refund
