PTron — Bluetooth connectivity issues

I don't get it why pTron takes too much time to resolve an issue. I have raised a complaint on[protected] they said they will replace it but again they told me that the product is not available so they will refund the money after sending bank details I have sent them after that I don't get a reply it's been 26 days I need my replacement product or refund.
