I don't know why pTron takes too much time to resolve an issue I have registered a complaint on 04/07/2021 they told me to courier the product and sent the product and again they told me the product is not available so they will refund the money and asked me send bank details as they said I sent the details after that I don't get a reply it's been 26 days I need a quick response every time I have beg for what is happening and how many days it's gonna take? I can't even call the customer care executive. I just need my replacement product or the refund. Was this information helpful? | |
