Hi everyone,
This is regarding my problem with ptron service. I had purchased a product of ptron's tangent brand in september 2019, on order date :- 12/09/2019 through appario retail pvt. Ltd. On amazon.in portal.
Although, since 3 months i am demanding them for replacement of product which comes under warranty but they aren't willing to do so even they dont acknowledged the mails. They do block my emails and they still hold my sent product in their workshop (Which i sent to palred retail private limited 8-2-703/2/8, road no.12, banjara hills, hyderabad, telangana pin code: 500034 for warranty).
My ticket number is 644885
I would like to appeal ptron as well as shopers and online purcahser, if i dont get warranty replacement in stipulated time period, i need to commit criticism on ptron product and their credibility across the globe through my channel, social media, web portals, customer grievance of india, facebook. That i can do with great time period. So this is first level to note all of you that my problem still remain is uresolve. Was this information helpful? |
