Dear Sir,
We have taken ptron earbuds from amazon.
After some it's not working. We contact to customer care. Ptron provide two options 1st for refund and 2nd for replacement.
In case of refund. We need to purchase the new product and share the inv copy.
We have already purchased and share the inv copy to ptron.
After receiving the product by ptron not agree for refund and no response received from ptron.
We have also try to customer care. Not able to contact ptron.
Kindly help for refund
