PTron — Complaint for Replacement of the pTron earphone

This letter is in reference to the earphone order which was placed on 25 September 2022 bearing Order#[protected].
I beg to inform you that one of my delivered product is found out to be faulty and the issue with the same is the sound from one side of the earphone stops working. The product was delivered on 29 September 2022 and being in warranty, it is to request you to kindly replace the same at the earliest. I've tried to contact the company's customer care through contact and mail but haven't received any reply.
