PTron — Customer care stopped replying regarding the refund

I bought a pair of boom ultima 4d earphones and the mic stopped working within the very first week so I claimed warranty and they asked me send them all the invoices and stuff. I sent all those and they said that I can order a new one from amazon and they will refund the amount for the old one after they are delivered. Now it has been a couple of days and all they replied with is that "Help us with the order feedback, and product rating screenshots (to confirm the purchase)" part was not recieved so I asked them what exactly they need here but there has been no reply. I dont want to buy the same product if it is going to stop working a few days again. Atleast process the refund atleast.
