In this month (Order date:[protected]:07:12) i have ordered the bluetooth adapter and received after some days while opening found its defective and not working.
Tried a lot to at least switch it one but couldn't
After that i raised the complaint and issue for replace it, now further info is as below:
As you said "our team will connect with you within 12 working hours, it's passed already, in fact it's around 15 days, may i know why no one contacted me?
Apart from it, why do you people not check products before putting them on sale?
Is it the right way to make money through selling defective pieces and then not responding to customer queries?
First worst thing is that ptron doesn't have an option for customer access to make product return requests like all other e-commerce websites have.
I'll have to take strong action against ptron.
No of times i tried to contact customer care no, but it always auto replied that"all customer service executives are busy with others"
Today itself i need resolution..
