PTron — Neck earband not working.

Address:St.Paul's church compound,infront of roadways bus stand.Banda u.p.

Neck earband one side earpiece is not clearly working.it stops randomly in appropriate working time.
Neckband is till on warranty period.
So please have a look in my complaint.
