Don't purchase their products.
Their Customer Care number always shows "busy" & never goes through.
I raised a ticket almost a month ago.
Since then, through emails it's been going back & forth & now on ends up with a feedback email when I try to enquire about it.

Updated by Abdul Latif Sultan The case for the ticket number [protected] has been going on for nearly a month.
I even couriered pTron my defective Bluetooth hands-free under the warranty bearing its courier charges, yet, there hasn't been any proper response from the company.
Now, each time I write them an email using the same ticket number, it ends up with a responding email asking only for a feedback.
