PTron — Ptron bassbuds damaged found in delivery

I would like to inform you that I ordered
Ptron bassbuds On 26/9/2020.
By direct from Ptron online Portal.

I received product on 30/9/2020.

At the time of delivery I was not present at delevry address at my home so my mother taken parcel.

I checked and opened parcel after when I teach home.
I found product is damaged the Cap was not at it place and also charging jack was not on right place..

I also raised ticket for complaint on online portal on 30th September..but till now no information as well as call received.

Hope to take action soon.
