PTron — Ptron bassbuds damaged found in delivery | |||
To Ptron I would like to inform you that I ordered Ptron bassbuds On 26/9/2020. By direct from Ptron online Portal. I received product on 30/9/2020. At the time of delivery I was not present at delevry address at my home so my mother taken parcel. I checked and opened parcel after when I teach home. I found product is damaged the Cap was not at it place and also charging jack was not on right place.. I also raised ticket for complaint on online portal on 30th September..but till now no information as well as call received. Image also attached of invoice and product. Hope to take action soon.
