I have raised a warranty claim for my product, as they recieved it & told that the replacement would take upto 10 -15 days . I'm mailing them to get the info about my query but they aren't replying to my mails & on their coustomer care no., I've called but i only got instructions on IVR, no customer executive is present any time & finally the call gets rejected .
