PTron — Refund not given as per company policy | |||
Hi sir, I had ordered ptron wirlesss bass earbuds (Earphones) from ptron official site on 15 august 2020 with cash on delivery option. The product got delivered on 18 august 2020 and i made the payment of 1000. After opening the product i realized that product was not Just used one but also defective. The product had many scratches and charging lights were not working properly. I immediately contacted ptron support via mail to arrange for return and refund my amount as my product was under warranty of one year. I have sent many mails since 18 aug till today 23 august 2020 but there is no response from their side. Please help me get refund. Order id — pt146922 also attaching photos o[censored]sed product.
