PTron — Warranty claim and Money refund | |
Ticket #PR538406 I claimed warranty on one of my ptron product. I completed all the steps they asked me to do. I sent them the old product, ordered new product, sent them it's invoice and photo and bank details for my refund. But now they are not responding the mails and customer care number is not working. Please help me in getting my refund. #PR342226 Order Id PT183719 I ordered a product a on ptron website and paid online but the product hasn't been dispatched for more than two weeks. So I tried cancelling the order and asked them for refund but they are not responding.. please help me Was this information helpful? | |
