I have purchased a pTron Bassbuds Lite in-Ear True Wireless Bluetooth 5.0 Headphones with Hi-Fi Deep Bass on 14/2/21 online from amazon but on sunday i noticed the charging dock is not charging and also the charging light is also not visible so i have given complaint online i had received reply that i will be contacted with in 48 hrs but not been contacted so i tried to call the customer care number but there is no proper guideline the call is discounted after few second cant connect to executive
