Pubg Mobile India — Money paid but uc not received

On 19th june 2021 i purchased an item in bgmi through google play store my money was transferred but i didn't got the ingame item i mailed then 5-6times 20th june 2021 21st june 2021 26th june 2021.. So on.. It will be going to be a month regarding this issue but no response was there on their side please resolve this problem because they are not responding and consumer right is the last hope.
