Pubg Mobile — money deducted from my account but I don't receive any uc

Money deducted from my google pay account 799 but i don't received any uc plzzz give me refund or my uc back. My pubg id no - [protected] plzzz solve this problem 799 is not a small amount.
Is this any bug or what, try to solve as soon as possible. I am not recevin any msg from pubg help center when i asked them for help. Try to solve this as soon as possible.

On 03/04/2020, I was doing a UC purchase on PUBG Mobile through internet banking. I did a purchase of Rupees 79 and the amount was deducted but never received any UC in the game.
requesting you to please refund my money.
