Mr. Arvind - Wipro — Not issuing Ticket

Good Evening,

Everyday early morning the KSRTC bus facility is available from Turuvekere to Banasandra for pushpul train. Today Morning at 5.30 AM i travelled by KSRTC bus from Turuvekere to Banasandra.
The Conductor received Rs.11.00 for ticket. but he didnt issue the ticked. 2 times at 10 minutes gap, i asked the conductor for ticked. but he was not ready to issue the ticket. and so many passengers also he didnt issue the ticked.
Please see into the corruption.
