The 1 is missing 1 item and i reund 1 item
Is because i buy family set but come is missing 1 item
At the box is write correctly i buy 6 items and get 5 items, the refund money also didnt get back
The no 2
Is also same i buy 7 items coming is 5 items
The box also write correctly only have 5 items in the box
Calling many time but the cust service also say same thing, waiting the warehouse response
Email many time also same
I think got scam my money

I ordered shoes for my father from Puma's official site. And my parcel got stolen by *DELHIVERY* agent, but very smartly they marked it as delivered on the tracking site on 7th December(my father's birth date). It spoiled my dad's day as all o[censored]s got worried.
Since then I'm consistently trying to get refund but they are just delaying it.
Kindly provide me the money and take action against your delivery agents. Also, stop fooling people.

I brought puma shoes at a store in patiala worth rs. 7000 in july. They already have a hole in them. I want to return them

I purchased a pair of shoe soft ride article code no. 195225 01 from puma store DLF mall noida on 29.11.2021 for Rs 4874/-. copy of invoice attached.

Both the shoes torned at same point with in 3 days and today when we approached store manager with grievance, he instantly refused to hear and accused us for damage. photo of torned shoes are attached.

It is really pathetic and hard to accept that a shoe of brand like puma sold at the cost rs 4874/- has life for 3 days only.

I feel cheated and betrayed due to insensitive response from store manager as he did not head our complain which is with in warranty period.

I had self shipped the parcel as they had told me to do so and the parcel has reached its destination but still i have not received any mail from puma regarding the return money, it has now been 15 day but still i have not received any mail.
Please help me

I ordered shoes from puma online website on 6 th october and returned it because it was not so fit. Today is 6th december till they have not refunded my money . I called in customer care many times but they gave only one reply all time that are resolving it and will contact in 24 hours . Because of them i have to face many problems . My parents scold me every time . Money not refunded 1880 rs . Please sir help me get my money back please sir

I have ordered puma pacer next Cage black Shoes from puma.com which order number is[protected] delivered on 29th November 2021. i have got wrong product i have got nike shoes as i have attached images of wrong shoes, so kindly do return this product as soon as possible and make my refund as soon as possible. will wait for your positive reply.

I want size 10 of rs fast sneakers but when i try to add them to cart they show unable to order

Did payment from my upi and it got transferred to der bank account and when i see it said your order go cancelled and everything was removed from puma's page including my card my address everything which i used to fill in details.
when i called on cc number it rang only once now it is not conncecting me with any agent.
very poor customer service and i want my refund back asap.

My first purchase on puma, i go for a prepaid purchase and this happens
money has been deducted from my account and i get a order confirmed email, but after a few hours i get a mail saying "transaction through our payment gateway is not complete", need help asap, its been two days.

I bought sneakers on 10th October 2021, and their courier partner was sitting on it for more than 5 days and after raised a complaint got delivered on 19th October. I didn't like it hence raised refund request. Puma accepted but stating my area is in non serviceable list so can't take it back, I wonder if it's non serviceable location how come they have delivered. There intention is very clear that they are not ready for refund. I really feel sorry for myself trusting PUMA as an international brand, actually it's third class company with false exchange and return policy. Everybody please beware of PUMA, India especially.

I wanted to know about warranty service, wat is the duration. Wat is the defects coverage, refund/return under claiming warranty of puma footwear- shoes

I had purchased puma sheo from Amazon india on, on receiving it found defective. It's lower sole was not stick to its middle sole. But I thought I will fix it, don't want be in hussle of returning and all trouble..

I have made an order with Puma India on 7th August, 2021 vide order number[protected] for Purecat Unisex Slides and BMW Motorsport Slim Fit Men's Sweatpants for an amount of Rs 2932.20/-- in total and they delivered me the only the partial cheaper product ie Purecat Unisex Slides which amounts to Rs 759/- and have not delivered the BMW Motorsport Slim Fit Men's Sweatpants which amounts to Rs 2, 499/- . The delivery of this Partial/Missing product has been done on 10 th, August, 2021, vide DELHIVERY.
I have been constantly following up with Puma on this since 10 th August, 2021 when to my surprise i see that whole order being marked as delivered.
Even after constant reminders, mails and calls, customer support team just asks me for more time and says..We are either checking with warehouse or the Transporter, to which I am not getting any resolution.
Neither are they providing me any proofs of Delivery, even after asking for the same so many times.
I just want my concern to be heard on all levels .. Either they give my Product or my hard-earned money back !!

I have bought the Puma Ferrari - 2 Nos of Wrislet Purse.

I have even not used it and its started tear off the material.

I have received a mail from payu that my refund has been processed. But I have not received it yet.

Yesterday i made the payment to the delivery boy with the link he sent to me and the bank showed that the money was deducted from my account but the delivery boy said the transaction is in processing so kindly help me out with a solution as soon as possible. The AWB NO[protected] of the order.

I have order shoes on 23rd june 2021 and initiated a return due to sizing issue. They still haven’t completed the return even after calling the customer care and raising the same issue 7 to 8 times.

The products sticker has faded...
