Puma — Late on confirmation messages and mail

Today i order from puma app and order was confirmed but i did not received any mail or message for my order confirmation. First time i used this app and give me headache.even on app showing nothing ordered yet.money is deducted and no responce from puma.I thought like another it will more featured but actually not.disappointing.Atleast give us a confirmation mail or message that you received our order.
