Puma — Money debited order not placed

I have ordered 1 pair of shoes at 10℅ extra discount on prepaid and done online payment. Payment is successful i have received receipt mail but order not placed yet. Any confirmation about order is not received yet. I have also send a complaint on Puma customer care email but they don't replied yet. I am calling them continuously but they are not answering their call waiting time is above 30-30 minutes. I am attaching screenshot of product UK 8 number and also of payment successfully completed. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
