No replacement/repair for damage in 3 months

I had bought shoes worth 1700/- in Third week of October 2008.
the shoe got damaged in just three months o[censored]se. the store keeper refused to take any action on damage....

Puma Sports India Private Limited is selling poor quality products and quality is not up to standard as per pricing. Kindly investigate in their quality and pricing and they are misleading many consumers using the Brand name.

    That I have purchased a puma shoe on 22nd Oct, 2024 from its store in Tiz Hazari metro Station, New Delhi, India- 110054 and its been just 3 month also when i haven't use the product on regular basis the side of the left shoe has strted to tear and like i can see my cross see from that hole that is been appeared just with the occasional wearing of the shoe. I have purchased the show at 40% off and paid a sum of rupees INR 3000/- which for me is a huge investment for an article like shoes and the quality standard from such a reputed brand is high but unfortunately the quality just disappointed me soo much that I would think multiple time from now to enter to any puma store.

    For your kind reference I am sharing the pics of invoice bill as well as the shoe. I hope my complaint do not get into deaf ears else I will not hesitate to put up this issue to the consumer dispute redressal tribunals.

      I recently purchased a pair of Puma shoes and unfortunately, I have had a very disappointing experience. After only wearing them 2-3 times, the right shoe has started to tear. I feel this is a significant issue, and I am quite dissatisfied with the quality.

        I have been a regular buyer of puma products. recently i had bought puma shoes which have been the cause of my complaint since it has worn out within a year without much usage showcasing that it is an old and worn out product when complained at the store i did not get any response .please look forward to it

          I had ordered shoes from puma India and i rejected the order when delivery person came on 15 may 2024 since then they are just saying you will be get the refund in 5 to 10 days and their courier partner ecom express is also not responding order id[protected].
          they are just doing ofd lock, ofd lock revoked.
          Please help.

            Extremely disappointing customer care. I had ordered (Ordered ID:[protected] two puma shoes but received only one. When complained the customer care said they can't help because they cannot find any fault at there end and the order was correctly packed and dispatched from warehouse and was delivered without damage. It's not Rs. 100- Rs. 200 footwear, it costs thousands of rupees and to bear a loss/fraud this huge from a reputed brand is extremely disappointing.

              I purchased PUMA shoes from Myntra and these were damaged in warranty period. I registered a complaint with Puma and they agreed to refund the amount. On 22/03/24 a pickup was scheduled by Ecom Express to collect the damaged shoes. Pick up was successfully done with AWB [protected]. But till date I've not received the refund.

                Dear Puma Customer Service,

                I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase I made at your Keerti Nagar, Delhi Puma Factory Store. On the first week of January, I purchased a pair of PUMA IGNITE V2 running shoes for men at a discounted price of 3000 rupees after a 70% discount. Unfortunately, after only two months o[censored]se, the shoes have begun to burst at the front.

                As a loyal customer of Puma, I am disappointed with the quality of the product I received. I have always trusted Puma for its durability and reliability, but this experience has left me feeling let down. I expect the products I purchase from Puma to be of high quality and to last for a reasonable amount of time.

                I kindly request that you address this issue promptly by either replacing the defective shoes or providing a refund. I believe this is a reasonable request considering the short amount of time the shoes have been in use and the significant defect they have developed.

                I hope to have this matter resolved satisfactorily and look forward to hearing from you soon.

                  Placed an order from Puma India app and made an UPI payment .. The payment got deducted but the order didn't get placed in the app and it shows that the money is being received by the company .. Need help in either getting the refund or getting my order placed ASAP.

                    My name is Rajesh Prabhu and I've been purchasing your products and accessories, including a number of sports shoes for quite some time now. The brand's clothing, durability and fitting has always met my expectations which is why I've been a regular customer at various PUMA stores in different cities in India. Over the past 10-15 years, I've bought numerous items from Puma for myself and my daughter.

                    However, I recently encountered a disappointing experience with my purchase in Bangalore, India. On 14th October 2023, I bought a pair of shoes for Rs. 16, 998/-. (The reference number for this transaction is UPI-PUMA SPORTS INDIA PM-PUMAOFFLINEPINE [protected]@YBL-YESBOYBLUP[protected]PAYMENT FOR 501081/[protected]/14/10/23). After only 4 months o[censored]se, the shoes have started to tear at the front. I've encountered a similar issue with another pair of PUMA shoes that I own but I purchased this pair of shoes around 4 years ago. I still do not think that this pair of shoes should have a hole in them. However, I was ready to excuse that until it happened to the second, very new pair of shoes. Attached are the photos and videos of the new shoes in Black (new one) which were purchased in October 2023 as well as the old one in Blue color (around 4 years old). I have a number of other Puma sports shoes that do not have these problems therefore I feel these are faulty.

                    I would like to know how you will you resolve this so that I can feel good remaining a Puma customer. I currently live in Dallas, Texas which is why I’m forwarding this to India and American customer service teams.

                        I purchased a pair of flipflops on November 27, 2023, but I have not received the bill for it yet. Unfortunately, my flipflops have been damaged and I need to get them repaired. I have checked with multiple Puma outlets, but they have directed me to get in touch with the support team for guidance. I bought the flipflops from the Chembur outlet, which has now shut down, so I am unable to get proper service.

                        I have added a snapshot of the payment & flipflop.

                          I requested return of my order on 17th Dec. But pickup wasnot done. I followed for 10 days and finally it got picked up on 28th Dec.
                          But since then there is no update on return and refund status.
                          I have raised tickets with customer support several times but they said they dont know where shipment is. its been going over 10 days. I have been following up with PUMA but they didnt respond to my mail or never arranged call back as promised several times.
                          This is extremely unprofessional and worst behavior I have experienced from any online shopping websites.

                            I tried to place an order online to Puma.com India website
                            The payment was pre-paid, I choose Amazon pay wallet
                            The money was dedcuted, i got an email from Razorpay on money dedecution but Puma.com displayed message "Payment failed"
                            Razorpay has asked to reach out to Puma but I cant seem to get through their helpline number
                            Puma customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                            Its been 5 days, still following up with puma, no refund yet, not order was eventually placed. Terrible experience
