Puma — Puma Online Scam - Not refunding money even after product return

I purchased a shoe online from puma India site and it got delivered. Fitting was not perfect for my running so I returned back the next day itself. This happened on Aug 20, After that u received redeem link to get my money but it got expired then another link generated and that too got expired. After a week I didn't get any mails/messages for my refund amount so I contacted them and mailed them. The customer agent told you will get the link after 48 hours but it has been 2 months and I have spoke to 20 different customer agents and all said the same think "you will get the redeem link this time sir definitely in 48hours". Still I didn't get any mails regarding that. And my money 2999/- is still with Puma India. I never faced this kind of issue in online shopping. It has been almost 3 months now. Still no proper update form Puma. I have been regularly following up with them and atleast I have spoken to 30 of their support agent all of their reply is *Sorry for the inconvenience cashed Sir. We have a technical issue from our side you will get your money soon* and this drama still continues from day 01 till now.
