Hi I placed an order for puma shoes worth rs. 4249 on 19th July order Id[protected] and return request was placed on 4th august and return was picked up on 5th august. Since then I have been following up with puma for the refund and there is no proper response on the refund status.
Their customer care number given on the website has suddenly stopped working I am communicating via mails and every time they say that they will process...

I purchased a shoe online fr puma India site and it got delivered. Fitting was not perfect for my running so I returned back the next day itself. This happened on Aug 20, After that u received redeem link to get my money but it got expired then another link generated and that too got expired. After a week I didn't get any mails/messages for my refund amount so I contacted them and mailed them. The customer agent told you will get the link...

I purchased a pair of sports shoes on the website and it came on time.
I paid by cash directly to the delivery person. I tried the shoes but they were not appropriate according to my feet. Within couple of minutes of my purchase i requested return of shoes. The person came and took away the shoes on time. I kept calling the consumer care team and they say you will get a reimbursement link within 24 hrs or 48 hrs. The link came but...

I have ordered a puma tapered woven men’s running pant on 10th july 2020, on 14th july the package was received but when i opened it was a paper instead of the product. I was afraid because i paid 3499 rupees online but not received any product. Then i did a mail regarding this problem to puma on 14th july. I received a call after 4 days, i answered the questions they asked, but till now i have not received any solution for my problem....

I bought puma lower 3 days back on sale which costed me around 1, 600₹ from a lifestyle store and to my surprise after one washing it started to show lint balls on the clothing. My t-shirt looses all color richness after couple of washes. A white patchy layer clearly visible on the surface of t-shirt. Its collar also start curling.

I request either change my t-shirt or permit to replace with other product....

1. The refund has not been initiated yet. All the policies clearly mentions out from the time the product has been picked up. I need my money on an urgent basis.

I am so disappointed about puma shoes. I have brought puma shoe at ecr showroom, i have brought on 26th dec and it got damaged within one months. One of the worst quality. I have raised an compliant at the ecr showroom, they are saying they won't accept the shoe because shoes which was sold at 60% above they won't consider warranty. I single use and aingle wash the colour fade away and the patched of light and dark colour left out. I can't wear it and go out.

I have been trying to get in touch with puma online store on the hotline number on urgent basis and there is no response and i as a customer am very disappointed in puma since i have products to return and if it runs out of time the store may simply cause another problem and there is no response at all from the brand!! It is highly disappointing

I brought it in flipkart since 2weeks ago.. It's now torn apart due to poor stitching upfront above the flip flops... Is this puma or any other local companies.. Let me guess this is #.. Making coustomer as fools in the name of brand.. I[censored] replace my flip-flops then it's ok or else i vl go to other companies and i vl recommend others also not use puma brand anymore...

Hi, this is to inform you that i have buyed puma shoes online from flipkart. It has been only 6 to 7 times that i have wored them and now the upper net of the shoe is tearing. I have bought puma men's mega nrgy knit black asphalt running shoes through amazon dated 16th july, 2019, order id being[protected]. However within 90 days i. E. On 14th october, 2019 the left leg shoe has hole being popped up out of nothing.
