Dear Sir,

I had purchased a track suit on 17/06/2020. Details are given below :-

Product no. AD G2X2QD3301169

Style no.[protected]

Bill No. 11653 ( not clear) last digit has got truncated.

Place of purchase - Puma Sports India Pvt Ltd, TTK Road, Store No. 99, Alwarpet, Tamilnadu.

Within 3 months o[censored]sing the track suit, I observed that there were small holes in the track suit at the back. Because of the pandemic and also because we were advised not to get out unless necessary, I did not visit your shop then. Over a period of time the holes became more in number and I decided to visit the shop in early January 2021 and show them the product. Your staff took photographs of the holes and ensured that within 2 days I would get a reply. The next day I got a call from the store that I can get the product exchanged. I went to the shop and to my dismay I was told that it is not a manufacturing defect. I told them that the product is old and hence there are holes. I use my clothes with great care and caution and also use the best available washing soap.
I am a regular customer of your store and always been satisfied with the quality.

I hope you will understand that the delay on my part in visiting the store was because of the pandemic and hence was helpless.

    I bought a tracksuit (order id[protected] online from Puma India website (www.puma.com) on 31 Jan 2020 for rs. 2549, which they delivered to me but due to size problem I want to exchange the product. As their policy, they don't exchange the product so I return the product by the adopting full procedure. And the product got successfully reached their warehouse on 25th Feb 2020. But till now date I have not got my refund. I have sent many emails to them and calls to them but they are replying with only one thing that we need to check with the concerned team. It's almost 1 year now. Please help me out.

      I ordered from puma website and paid at the same time with my credit card via payu, my cart got empty and the amount was deducted from my credit card for which I got message from my bank, but I didn't got any message from puma about my order or confirmation of order. What to do please help me?

        I ordered two shoes from puma while one shoes was good but the other was tight .so i returned the tight shoes . After passing the quality check the shoe reached there warehouse on 11th december . After giving me an initial cashgram link, that expired the moment i tried to claim it . Now even after repeated emails and calls and after more than 1 month they are still not repaying /refunding my money.every time i put any enquiry they say forwarded to the concerned team you will receive a new link within 24 to 48 hours .but after repeatedly trying i am tired and feel cheated please help

        Hello today i recieved a mail from from puma consisting of a cash gram link for the refund
        However just like the first time when i clicked on it shows error this is reallly frustating and wrong we as customers should not be put through such harrasment why are they not refunding i dont know please help

        Hi team no one from puma has even cared to email .please look into it as i dont think they care about our hard earned money

          This is regarding a order I placed on Puma website Order no[protected] Puma X one 8 pro cap prepaid order, however this was way too big for me and basis their return policy I requested for a return blue dart collect the cap on the 17th of dec and there is no sign of the refund . I have written several emails to which I have received only hold response also their customer care no only goes on hold so again no response . Very disappointing experience looking for some help to get my refund asap

              Hi,
              I have ordered one man jacket of 3600rs from puma india. It’s been more than one month now they’ve not returned my money. I keep calling and mailing these people. They don’t revert and answer my calls. I don’t know what to do please help

                    Hello,
                    In regards with order number.[protected] the puma credits as refund for my return with 2160 still does not reflect in my account when I login with the same email id. I have reported the issue several times through mail as your phone number does not exists. Please look into this matter as soon as possible. As my money is stuck from last 24 days nad I am unable to use it. Please plese help.

                      I purchased these pair not more than a year ago. I paid almost 10000 bucks for them. And within 10-12 times of wearing the outer bottom part has got scratches over it. What sort of quality you provide when customer pays you large amount. I used them only while going to gym. That too rarely as I kept it with more care

                        I am a regular customer of puma products. I am from Bangalore. I use to buy tshirts, shoes, cap and bag in puma outlet shop ( bagalagunte in Bangalore) almost all the products which I was bought are of very poor quality. In all the product symbol is coming off, which is most important thing which everyone is looking for in puma brand. I was totally upset with this. So worst. I thought of dis promoting the brand.

                            I have bought a football from puna official website and after delivery of product I was not satisfied with the product so i had made my mind to return it and i returned it. After reaching warehouse of puma I mailed puma regarding my refund the told me that it'll take 7 to 10 business days, then I waited for 10 days still o hadn't get any refund then again I mailed and talked to puma customer care and they told me the same "we have checked and due to some technical issue please wait for 48 hours" i waited then again I mailed, and again they told me the same. It has been 3 months still i haven't received any refund from their side.
                            The strange is that now they are not responding to mail 😡

                              I'm seriously fed up with Puma ihave been calling them everyday twice its like talking to an machine or a robot same damn response everytime i speak with them just playing a game with us like we don't have anything else to do seems like they are earning alot from our calls and keeping us engage giving same response everytime that they gonna sent the Refund link within 24 to 48 hrs its been 14 days since i return the product and 10 days since they got it in warehouse.. my Refund amount is 8747 inr.
                              please Refund my amount ASAP.

                                  Hi I placed an order for puma shoes worth rs. 4249 on 19th July order Id[protected] and return request was placed on 4th august and return was picked up on 5th august. Since then I have been following up with puma for the refund and there is no proper response on the refund status.
                                  Their customer care number given on the website has suddenly stopped working I am communicating via mails and every time they say that they will process the refund amount soon.
                                  Please help me in this.

                                    I purchased a shoe online fr puma India site and it got delivered. Fitting was not perfect for my running so I returned back the next day itself. This happened on Aug 20, After that u received redeem link to get my money but it got expired then another link generated and that too got expired. After a week I didn't get any mails/messages for my refund amount so I contacted them and mailed them. The customer agent told you will get the link after 48 hours but it has been 2 months and I have spoke to 20 different customer agents and all said the same think "you will get the redeem link this time sir definitely in 48hours". Still I didn't get any mails regarding that. And my money 2999/- is still with Puma India. I never faced this kind of issue in online shopping.

                                    Please help me getting my money back. Puma is not even bothered about that. Whenever I call they are telling you will get the money soon. But it has been 3 months since I returned the product but didn't receive the money.

                                      I purchased a pair of sports shoes on the website and it came on time.
                                      I paid by cash directly to the delivery person. I tried the shoes but they were not appropriate according to my feet. Within couple of minutes of my purchase i requested return of shoes. The person came and took away the shoes on time. I kept calling the consumer care team and they say you will get a reimbursement link within 24 hrs or 48 hrs. The link came but there was technical error, i entered all my details correctly but still it was showing all my details are incorrect. I gave a call back to the consumer care team they say a new link will be sent after 24 hrs. The company sent me an expired link again twice. Every time i call the say the same story again and agian. It has been 5 days still these people are playing games with the customer and shoes havent reach their warehouse. Please donnot shop online with the brand.

                                        I have ordered a puma tapered woven men’s running pant on 10th july 2020, on 14th july the package was received but when i opened it was a paper instead of the product. I was afraid because i paid 3499 rupees online but not received any product. Then i did a mail regarding this problem to puma on 14th july. I received a call after 4 days, i answered the questions they asked, but till now i have not received any solution for my problem. I need refund of my order. Help me
