Puma — regarding my new shoe damage

Hello Sir/Mam,
Greetings for season,
I purchase a pair of shoes(article code[protected] from puma outlet (city pride)pune on 28/07/2018. With in 2 month I notice tear in the front part of shoe (net look like transparent from nose of shoe, I mean see my sock from nose of shoe). So please repair or replace my shoe as soon as possible. I also attached some snap shots of damage part of shoe and bill. I am wait for your fruitful reply.
