Puma — Worst customer service and refund not processed

I have ordered the product on 06 August[protected] and and cancelled the order on 14 August 2023 because of delayed delivery. They informed they will mark it to return to origin and they will proceed the refund by 22 August 2023 in email but still now they didn't respond to email or giving proper response through phone. They are cheating. Whenever I called the customer service they are making the order out for delivery and they will mark cancel stating customer not available without calling me. Then wantedly delaying and cheating like this.
