I m hereby declaring that Punjab Roadways/Punbus buses instead of stoping at authorised bus stop passing through flyover at Ucha Pind Sanghol, Tehsil Khamano, Distt. Fatehgarh Sahib Pincode 140802 . I often travel from ucha pind Sanghol to ISBT 43 Chandigarh for my studies . Due to this misbehave i have to suffer a lot with my studies . So many passengers have to suffer there negligency. Please solve this matter as soon as possible . We will be very thankful to you for this act of kindness .

Due to a change of bus for some reasons from their side On 6 July 2022. I am unable to board the bus. I had booked my ticket from Chandigarh to Delhi through the pun bus app and my PNR NO. is[protected] and the departure time was 9.35AM. I asked the executive sitting at the counter when I will get my refund and he said it will be in 7 days. I called him after 6 days and asked the same question and he told the same old answer and then I have been calling again in the office for the past 2 days but nobody is picking up my call and also called on the refund helpline number. It's been 12 days and I still haven't gotten a refund on my account. I request you to inquire on this matter and help me out with this problem and refund my money as soon as possible . I shall be very thankful to you.

On morning of 18 july 2022 at 9:11 am, bus no. PB02EG4681 going towards amritsar didn't stop at Rayya bus stop. Some people( including me) managed to step inside the running bus ( which slowed due to traffic) but around 30 people ( of which many were women ) were standing in the scorching heat waiting for the bus to stop. When i asked the same to bus conductor and driver then they said that they will not allow the FREE TRAVELLERS ( women) to sit in OUR bus.
I wanted to ask some question from authority :
1) is the bus their ( conductor's/driver's) personal property?
2) are they paying the fare of free travellers from their pockets?
3) If the government has given the free travel facility to women then why bus they didn't stop the bus.

Hello Sir,

I had bus booking for Punbus with pnr-no:[protected] and ticket-no:[protected] from Delhi bus stand to Jalandhar with amount of 1060.
Later, I had to cancel this booking and I did this as per provided guide line and it was done successfully.
But I never get my refund after cancellation.
I write multiple emails to Punbus team but even after 4 months, they have not refund my money.

I am attaching the e-ticket also.

Driver’s behaviour was so rude
I don’t remember his name but he was old in age
Please check who was driver and teach him some lesson about how to behave with passangers

conductor didn't accept my aadhar card he said that wife of wala chlega daughter of wala nai chalega few months ago I got married and my aadhar card not updated due to some issues thatswhy I am using my same adhar card nd I am not aware of it. But he is very rude with me please strict action against him thnks

As above cited subject yesterday dated 09 07 2022 I was travelling from Chandigarh to faridkot.as bus crosses Ludhiana bus conductor said that bus is not moving .he said I will arrange bus for you.but he called a private bus conductor and private bus came.as we asked for ticket price and return money for faridkot travel.but conductor said you need not to pay again in pvt bus.but as we set in private bus.private bus conductor forcefully asked for private ticket.i take 300 rupees tickets but again I bought tickets till faridkot .I have all tickets . ticket details are below

Today (5 July, 2022) I was travelling from "Chandigarh" to "Sahaspur" (Uttarakhand) in a Punjab Roadways bus with bus number "15095026" which was destined to "Rishikesh". My home is 3 km away from "Herbertpur" which is the main bus stop and after that comes "Sahaspur" which is 5 km away from my home. I paid extra money to bought the ticket to "Sahaspur" so that no one will object me when I will get off the bus in between.

When I reached the destination and get up to get off the bus, the conducter started shouting on me and even try to hit me and driver was also using abusive language with me without any reason.

I humbly told them "I buy a ticket to "Sahaspur" so if I get of the bus before the destination arrives where is the problem in that". Then again bus conductor shouted at meand told me, "This is not a local bus which you can stop anywhere this is the rule of our org. that the bus will only stop on the fixed main bus stops, Remember this face and never even try to aboard the bus wherever you see this face".

Then they drop me 2 km away from my home after the people sitting in the bus also asked them to stop the bus after watching there behaviour. It was the worst experience for me and it was too embarassing also, as they both were shouting at me like mad dogs in front of all the people sitting in the bus and I can't do anything except only requesting them to drop me near my home again and again but they didn't even listened me once.

I was travelling with Punjab Roadways from last 3 years and never even once faced this kind of misbehave and embarrassment from any other person.

I don't know how many people like me have faced this kind of embarassment from your staff. Please take a hard action against those two people to set the example for others also, so that they don't misbehave with other passengers like they did with me and also to save your goodwill, I myself was truly respected your bus services before but now all the respect is gone. Please it's an humble request to you otherwise people like these will definitely tarnish your goodwill further and I really don't want that to happen because not all the people of your staff are bad and behave like they did today.

And kindly also provide the people with set of your rules and regulations guide before aboarding your Punjab Roadways bus, so that people like me can save there money and also save our self respect from these kind of ###.

I hope this e-mail finds you well and a good action will be taken from your end as this is the only way I can tell them that there behaviour with the passengers is wrong.

Note - I have also attached the picture of the ticket below for your reference. Once you recieve this mail please notify me also as I am waiting for the rightful action from your end.

Today on date 04/07/2022, I (Labh Singh, Sr. Citizen) boarded the bus no. PB-06BB-0964 from Garhshanker at 02.30 PM. I sat at seat no. 6. The conductor of another private bus (Express Bus Service) which was standing ahead of this bus gave some money to conductor of our bus. The conductor then instructed the driver to keep the bus behind the private bus and refused to take the passengers up to Balachaur. Accordingly, the driver kept the bus at a very slow speed i e about 50 kns/per hr. and also did not take passengers enroute up to Balachaur. Only one passenger boarded at Toll barrier near Majority. When passengers including me objected this type of behavior, the conductor started Misbehaving and told me to leave the seat explaining that seat now. 04 to 16 are reserved for ladies. When I said that seat number 03 is vacant, he replied that seat no. 01 to 03 are reserved for staff. I started to make video of his misbehaving then he snatched my phone.
Not only this he compelled the driver to stop the bus outside a Dhaba at Ropar at 03/35 PM in the full sun and went to take snacks inside the dhabha compelling the passengers to stay there in such a heated day. Though I am Sr. Citizen I was compelled to stand from Balachaur to Kurali where I got seat.
The bus reached at 04.40 PM at Kharar that is it took more than 2 hours for a journey of less than 80 kms. completely harrassing the passengers.
Hope a strict action will be taken against the the conductor for his rude behavior with passengers.

I'm traveling in nonstop Amritsar delhi bus no 2643 and he is not following his route and stopping at every stop in haryana and picking local passangers send not issuing tickets to them and also misbehaving with senior citizens

Driver of this bus is always mis behaving with women he dont want women to sit in his bus they say them you travel free and many other thing. I just want to know that govt is giving faicility to people why this person feel as the money goes from his pocket, if he feel like this he or govt should cancel this aadhar card ladies bus service, cause he feel he is greater than government and do what ever he want i just want that whosoerver is his supervisior he should teach him a good lesson so that next time he will never do any misbehave with any person .

My ticket no 166191. I was taken ticket from moga to mullanpur. Instead from dropping mullanpur bus stand, he crossed the over bridge and dropped me another destination. He also misbehaved with me and said that i have time issues. What is this? Take proper action aganist him

D/Sir,

It is intimated that on 29.06.2022, I was travelling in AC bus No. PB65AD 6139 with ticket No. 00029493 from Ferozepur to Chandigarh. To my surprise when I deported the bus at ISBT Sector 43 Chandigarh, I found my Laptop (HP) missing.

I reported the matter to Driver and Conductor of the bus but they shown no interest. Then I went to Police Station Sector 43 ISBT Chandigarh to lodge a complaint to this effect
they also didn't entertain and asked to lodge complaint at Ludhiana bus stand.

My father contacted Sh. Karanjeet Singh Kler,
GM, Punjab Roadways on cell phone [protected] but he also shown his inability and said " The passenger himself is responsible for his luggage ". I am failed to understand how this is happened when no outsider is allowed in the AC bus. However, GM Sahib given an mobile No. [protected] to contact Traffic Mananger.

Incident needs immediate investigations and my Laptop be restored to me as the responsibility inside bus is wholly rests upon Driver and Conductor.

I had booked two PUN BUS AC tickets from jalandhar to Chandigarh for 26th june online from the official website.

The departure of Bus from isbt jalandhar counter number 23 was at 9:25 AM. We were at the counter from 9:00AM to 10:00 AM. The bus did not show up at all. The person receiving the calls on enquiry number also did not give any information regarding th bus.

Me and my wife was travelling in the punjab roadways bus last month on 29 May 2022 . The route was from Dera Beas to Ropar (Punjab) . The bus number was PB 65 BB 2838 . The bus left at 11 AM from Dera Beas but when the bus reached at ropar, the driver do not go to the new bus stop of ropar where all the buses stop now and instead of it he took the bus with all the passengers to the petrol pump by going through the long bypass of ropar . Then he stop the bus at petrol pump for fuel filling and do the wastage of time of all the passengers . After that he took the bus to the new bus stop of ropar going through that long bypass again . But before reaching he again stop the bus on the road for eating something .Finally when the bus reached at the new bus stop of ropar, he stop the bus for few minutes only and shout on passengers to leave the bus fast which includes most of old persons and insult them by saying very wrong words in punjabi . Please take strict action against the bus driver so that it does not happen again with anyone .
