I am traveling daily chandigarh to ludhiana in punjab roadways, the buses which departures after 5pm the mostly seat no.1 to 8 force full taken by roadways employees, no one having tickets, today they exchange harassing words with me, i am traveling standing even i have ticket, why this people having seat even they are traveling without tickets, please take necessary

As per terms there are no extra charges for baggage upto 20kg per passenger. However the conductor for the bus route delhi to ludhiana on 8th june, 2018 departing at 2:15pm charged rs 10 each. It may not be a big amount but its clear violation of the terms and conditions. When confronted, he argued if you dont pay then your baggage cannot be let on the bus.

Please look into it....

I am traveling with my office colleague from ludhiana to kharar on[protected]. We take tickets from ludhiana to kharar afterwards i take 1 ticket from kharar to chandigarh conductor charged me rs 30 but buse fare is rs 25. He give me e-ticket of rs 25 and also give me 1 manual ticket amounted rs 5. When i asked for extra charging he said that today rate increases by rs 5. When i came bàck from chandigarh to ludhiana i confirmed the rate from the ticket counter they asked me rs.25.

Hi,

This is regarding refund of my trip with following details.
The trip was cancelled more than a month ago and refund has not been received yet. I have contacted pun bus support many times and they say it is in process, but refund is still not processed. I have even dropped a mail to their refund team, but have not got any response.

Conductor daily misbehaves with me and sometimes shouts on me infront of all paassengers. He shouts on every passenger travellng in bus. He even does not give tickets to some of the friends of his town. I already lodge complaint but got no response from your side. I request you to inquiry his route...

This is to bring in your notice that the every punjab roadways bus stops at some dhaba near balachaur and the drivers take nearly half an hour to have their meals.
First of all they drive tok slow, then at that place they take a lot of time to have their meal and tea. Ideally it should take 3 hours to travel but they nearly take.
I would request you to take care of time of the people as they have some one waiting at their home.

This is regarding refund of the money due to cancellation of bus on 2nd april 2018 by punjab government. I had booked ticket of punbus from delhi to chandigarh for 2nd april 2018 for 7.15am bus. When i reached the isbt kasmiri gate, i got to know that bus has been cancelled, on calling the helpline number i was informed that i will receive my refunf of rs 1198 within 15 days. I have not yet received it.

Y'day i travelled through punbus volvo from delhi isbt at 11.30 to jalandhar. I was carrying a carton with me with bill, just a small kids scooter for my son. The conductor said it will be chargeable to carry tht carton with me which was approx 20kg. But he was not able to show me any written rule regarding the same. When i called on the nos. mentioned on bus for contact that were found switched off. I was charged Rs. 433 for that.
Am a frequent traveller in bus, but i never seen them charging any NRI who comes with no. of big big suitcares and cartons, LED cartons and other stuffs. Why there is a difference between these two cases. Are NRI "damaads" of govt and common man is culprit who gives lacs of taxes.
If the rule is for us then its also applicable on those people. Govt. Sees those cartons but is not aware where all eatables are charged more than MRP on all bus stands and railway stations. That loot is going on khullam khulla.
Bull ### on this rules and these rule makes if they are just aware of looting common man and filling their greedy pockets.
I need proper action to be taken against these discripencies and loot going on.

Sir on 03/04/18 i took the bus number pb 12p 3872 from jalandhar to anandpur sahib after waiting whole night due to strike. But bus conductor and driver told me get down as bus will not stop at anandpur sahib stop. Which is illegal and is not acceptable as your institute is public service. Plz reply back taken action against accused responsible. Plz also inform me that there is no stop of that bus at anandpur sahib. Your action will make trust in people of punjab.

R/s in the morning i got a bus of punjab roadways batala depot no. Pb-06v7631. The bus was coming from assandh to kaithal. I boarded from kichhana kui to kaithal. I gave fare to the conductor for ticket. He collected money from many passengers but he didn't give ticket to anyone. When i demanded ticket he refused me and said that if checker come its my problem. I solve it easily. When again i said for ticket he quarrlled with me and abusing me at last he gave only me a ticket. And a haryana roadways bus conductor from rajound rajesh s/o balkishan support him which was also without ticket. They both me abusing and "cunning"and threatened me. So i requested you sir plz take nessery action so that our belief over punjab roadways will increase. Thanks

Dear sir

I am from ropar. I daily do up down from ropar to chandigarh and from chandigarh to ropar. Mostly chandigarh to ropar route buses conductors behavoir is very rude and dont have sense to talk. I take mostly jalandhar route buses which have stopage at ropar also. But they don't allow to sit in that buses. Because they have to reach early to their destination. So they don't allow ropar passengers to sit in that buses. Have any kind of notice is mentioned anywhere that jalandhar route buses should not stop at ropar. Then why conductors don't allow infact if i ask them to show any notice related there so they behave very rudely and start doing insult in front of everyone. Please give me the right solution. Or pass any notice related to this.

Punjab roadways conductor behaves rudely he says he is govt employee i simply asked where the ticket is confirm some times he says in bus and sometimes says counter means he is himself not confirmed and behaves rudely how common people trust on govt employed please take some serious actionwe govt employees will do such things then what will we happen means next time i and so many people's will not travel in punjab roadways

After taking full fare of rs. 20 from me. I want an immediate action upon him.

I am student who travels daily from nakodar to jalandhar. Students holding buspasses are forced to stand outside and wait untill bus is filled with other passengers buying ticket. Thus conductors make the students stand throughout the journey. Please, if we are given any such facility, let us take the full benefit. Kindly take action to solve tjis problem.

Today i alongwith my 62 yr. Old wife, travelled back from chandigarh to hoshiarpur in punbus, the conductor of the punbus c no.1540 again didnot gave us concession of senior citizen, even after seeing the concerned card issued by govt of punjab! Our ticket nos.00271104 & 00271105 dated 27/01/2018. Note : i also has complained earlier in some another incidence on 22/01/2018, which still has not been resolved!!

I alongwith my wife travelled from Hoshiarpur to bus stand 43 at mohali starting at about 2.15pm by Bus no.pb06-Q9514. I requested the conductor to give us concession as we both are " Senior Citizens " who refused and charged at full ignoring Govt directions.Please reimburse & direct all concerned including Private Transporters to impliment accordingly.my Ticket no 120242 .My S.Citizen IDno.1998 dated 3/5/2011 & my D.O.B.is 6/1/1947, my wife's is 12/12/1956.

This is to inform you that i am traveling in punjab roadways bus number pb 10 gk 5135 from ambala in morning 5.30 a. M. Bus conductor is calling for ludhiana bus stand and giving tickets to me and others passenger. But on way he said that bus is going bypass ludhiana to amritsar. Sir i am suffering from survical and have luggage with me. First he drop me khanna to take another bus, but he refuse. Then i sit back in bus. What is this??? Conductor have not way of talking. For own benefits they will do anything that will against of government rules???

On the subject citied above i would like to herby inform to you that the driver of above mentioned bus number is using his personal cell phone (While crossing roopnagar) while driving bus running from chandigarh to hoshiarpur, which is too risky for all the passengers who are travelling in this bus.
I request to your good self that kindly take a strict action against said driver for using cell phone during driving.

My son is studying in institute of hotel management gurdaspur (A central govt. Run college). He travels daily from batala to gurdaspur and back. He applied for a bus pass to the punjab roadways depot batala but was told that the said college is not included in the list of eligible colleges.
I hereby request you to direct the concerned department to include the name of the college in the list.

I am abhishek just got bus named punbus pb 35 q 9565 from dasuya to chandigarh and i giving 500 to the ticket checker came from dasuya bt it was not the main conductor bt he doesn't gave me the change of 310 just misbehaving with me and said that u should have to get it from that person m a student and not having the extra money right now for other transport please give me the right way this is a humble request
