I was traveling from Amritsar to JALANDHAR on 1/ 7 /2023 in bus no PB07CA3598, bus no 323471. I asked conductor for ticket for me and my son, he asked me to pay Rs 110 for my ticket and said I am not carrying updated adhar card, although I was having adhar card with my husband 's name. He said you have son of 8 years and not updated your adhar card. He stopped bus near jandiala and asked me to leave bus. He already cut ticket of my son and asked to leave the bus or pay Rs 110. This was very bad situation. All the passenger's asked him to move the bus but he didn't. Then forcefully he cut my ticket of Rs 110 and asked me to pay or leave. It was already 7:30pm, so without any reason he charged me Rs 110. I request you to take Sone action against bus conductor of Punbus Hoshiarpur with no PB07CA3598.
