RESPECTED SIR /MADAM,
Bus conductor of punjab roadways bus having bus no PB29R8631.
Is so rude and misbehaving with me and my mother today. My ticket no is 249704.Bus route is from moga to kotkapura.
Iam also a employe of Punjab govt. So how a employee is misbehaving with other punjab departmental employee, because it shows how he is behaving with normal people.
This is ridiculous and should not be tolerated. So please concern about it should take some action.

The conductor is very badly abusing to laddies...and not guide to properly. Conductor ne jaan buj ke bus nahi roki uper se laddies ko abuse krne lagge..

Me and my wife traveling to Amritsar from jallandhar and bus is full of pessenger and condutor pass away from me in crowd then he came back to their seat then i asking to ticket he will get shout on me and my wife..why you don't take ticket..we are asking him to we are taking ticket but you will pass away from our side ignoring us..he continuesly shouting on us very rudely...my wife arguing him then he also shouting on her and said that he will take money from her also even ladies ticket is free and he also threats us to throw us from bus at night on highway.. their is no safety for ladies in bus even family members are their with her.. he show their bulling in bus in front of all passengers..please do dope test of this conductor he is also high because his eyes so red and smelling from mouth also..so ridiculous behaviour by his side.. please take strictly action on him...

Complaint - Misbehavior with me and other female passengers ( time 8:42 am)

We are asking about the bus route i.e. is bus will go to new ropar bus stand or not.
Then conductor of bus replied with comment, , '''Jithe jayegi bus uttar jayio tuhada kehra kiraya ( fare) lagna"".
And not giving us any information regarding bus route. This is very rude and disrespectful.
I told him to give ticket of ropar bus stand from kharar. But He gave me ticket of hoshiarpur instead of ropar.
Kindly look into this matter. I shall be grateful to u.

I was traveling from Amritsar to JALANDHAR on 1/ 7 /2023. PUNBUS NO 323471 PBO7CA3598ARM: 14.00.82. I asked for ticket for me and my son. He asked me to pay Rs110 for my ticket. Although I was carrying adhar card with my husband name, he said you have updated adhar card and have son of 8 years. He stopped bus near jandiala and asked me to leave bus . He already charged Rs 55 for my son ticket and asked me to leave the bus. He didn't moved the bus and forcefully cut my ticket of Rs 110 and asked me to pay or leave bus without my son. This was very bad situation. So, I paid him Rs110.

I was traveling from Amritsar to JALANDHAR on 1/ 7 /2023 in bus no PB07CA3598, bus no 323471. I asked conductor for ticket for me and my son, he asked me to pay Rs 110 for my ticket and said I am not carrying updated adhar card, although I was having adhar card with my husband 's name. He said you have son of 8 years and not updated your adhar card. He stopped bus near jandiala and asked me to leave bus. He already cut ticket of my son and asked to leave the bus or pay Rs 110. This was very bad situation. All the passenger's asked him to move the bus but he didn't. Then forcefully he cut my ticket of Rs 110 and asked me to pay or leave. It was already 7:30pm, so without any reason he charged me Rs 110. I request you to take Sone action against bus conductor of Punbus Hoshiarpur with no PB07CA3598.

My name is Atik and iam from Himachal Pradesh manali alluground and the day of 30/06/2023 me and my sister aqsa was going market through bus (public transport) and we usually travel in buses but today we were going market through punbus (Punjab roadways) then the conductor came and he asked us for 20 rupees for a person as usally all buses are taking ten rupees for one person but the conductor collected 20 rupees for one person and we are students usually we are having less money if we tell him that all are taking 10rupees person so he start arguing with us and while coming from Manali me and my sister come by foot so I need compensation from bus authority

They didn’t take thé passengers of hussiarpur or also they gave some restrictions on thể Aadhaar card passenger [protected]

And also use cheap language by conductor or also by bus stand incharge

Punbus No. PB10GX6826(Jagraon to Jammu)was standing at Jalandhar bus stand on 23.06.2023 at 8:20 PM. I had to go to Hamirpur(Kathua) and took ticket of Jalandhar to Dyalla Chak.Bus conductor rudely denied me entry to bus saying that he will not stop bus to drop me at my destination....

Bus drivers and conductors of Ludhiana route buses deny to drop chandigarh University students every day
Conductors speak very rudely.
Please take an action. We've been suffering since 2 years. We've spoken to the officials sitting at isbt-43 but no strict action has been followed up

I am working in Amritsar at airport and going back to my home Dasuya. I picked bus from Jalandhar to Jammu. I have stop in between dasuya. With the permission of conductor he told you can be in bus as it's long route buses. While taking the ticket, he asked me where do you married I told dasuya and basically I am from pathankot and married at dasuya.. He told your address need to be updated on adhar card and I told I am travelling on daily bases no one ask me about the same and this is our right and he stopped the bus in between the road. And talking in rude manner, and started arguing with me without any reason and making hassle for other passenger also.

As per the Punjab government Female can travel free of cost in punjab anywhere and he should not to have any objection as the address updated on adhar card is pathankot that also include in punjab.

He created un necessary hassle for me as well as for other passenger to just satisfying his ego. They are just frustrated that why females are travelling just for free. But this the rule given by govt not by us.

To travel from kharar to Pathankot on 15/06/2023 when i was at kharar bus stand waiting for the bus in heavy rain.The bus came at 9:15 am at the bus stop bus does not stop for a single minute all the other passengers board the bus running but i have a carrying bag in my hand which makes boarding the bus difficult to me but i some how managed to get in the bus. when i confronted the bus conductor for not stopping bus he started arguing me and behave rudely.

Sab maine ticket ke liya bola to galiya dani suru kar di. Please es pe action hona chiya. Aur conductor ko suspend karna chiya.

Shubham verma the bus number 1190 jallandhar from jammu is over charging the fare from passengers and the big issue is that after over charging of fare there is seat problem

The conductor has refused to give the ticket on DL basis.i was traveling from pauntasahib to sailaqui on dt 09.06.23. my name is Pooja Sharma and having valid ID proof of Punjab. My mobile no is [protected] bus no is PB04AA7380ARM I have asked him the reason but he was silent and asking for money to giving the ticket. As per Punjab govt rules all females are allowed to travel free in Punjab roadways buses on the basis of valid ID proof. Pls help to get the system correct.

The 8 a.m. bus from Pathankot to Amritsar is not going on time and also they always missed the bus 7:48 a.m. from Pathankot to Amritsar. This problem is faced by daily going working passengers. I hope you will take strict action against this .

Bus conductor distribute tickets before starting . But when i sit in the bus he issued all the tickets. he never come again and when i ask for ticket he blaming me its your fault although i gone myself for tickets. He double charged the tickets and when i clearing my points he misbehave me and also he try caught my neck . I am a regular traveler of this bus on same route . I always taking my tickets.
