Sir, a driver spoke wrongly to me, who was the driver of a government bus, because I had boarded the bus from Fazilka, I had to get off, some members of my family were with me. I asked the driver, calling him uncle, how much time the bus will run, but instead of answering me, the other driver scolded me 3 or 4 people were sitting there. I asked them about speaking wrongly. They said to me, "You said to your sister, aunty, 'Speak up.'" I wanted to go, this driver boarded the private, so justice should be given to me, I am sending you the photo of the ticket, please check it 🙏🏿🙏🏿

my daughter( 18 years old) travelled today from Chandigarh to Ropar. she forgot her wallet at his pg. she could not be returned. she called me(father). we live in Ropar. I suggested her to travel in Punjab roadways bus due to Aadhar card facility.

she asked the conductor of the bus for Aadhaar card acceptance during running of the bus. the conductor did not replied. then she asked the conductor for google pay in...

Bus are not stop at anywhere without bus stop why . If bus stop are far away from home 1km then how to solve the problem buses should stop accordingly need of passanger if not then no need the service of Punjab roadways it they not fullfill are requirement then why we waste our time on them you should start again mini buses that need passanger according their needs

There is agenda going on between private and punjab government buses! Punbus buses driver conductor deliberately shows that bus met with an accident though there is no sign of such thing and forcibly make public sit in private buses so that both buses can make money out of it! But as a result we common people have to face harassment! Same thing happen with me this morning[protected] while going from mansa to patiala at 6:50 am. As tickets for females is free in Punjab roadways, punbus bus driver drove us till bhawanigarh then made us sit in some private bus and they charged us money for ticket to patiala! Though we already have had tickets! Whats nonsense is this!

Kindly solve my issue pls i was travelling from ropar to kurali in punbus on 24-05-23 at 17:03:23 number 324880 ctc 12 . I asked for ticket from conductor but he denied on the basis that my adhar is in the position of daughter of rather than than wife of ... so he strarted to abuse...
So pls solve it

My name is Baldeep Kaur, 26 years old, Punjab govt employee under Directorate of health n family welfare.On 15/5/23 I was waiting for bus on 21/34 lights Chandigarh.Bus No. Pb12Y0916, punbus roadways arrived at 1-1:15 pm the route of bus was Ambala cantt, I was supposed to reach my duty at Lalru station at 2 pm.My father simply requested the conductor if they can drop me at Lalru lights bcoz as per route the bus stops at Lalru lights, the bus conductor started shouting at my father for no reason n started misbehaving.I boarded the bcoz I had to reach on time at 2 pm, but still he kept shouting at my father K ASI NI LAUNDE LALRU LIGHTA TE JO MARZI KRLO..KITE RAAH CH PICHE UTAAR DWANGE..n humiliating him I got off the bus immediately, my father kept requesting him but he kept yelling at me n my father for no reason n told the bus driver in Punjabi K BUS PJAALA..n kept yelling at my father.my father kept on requesting k plz drop her ..I could have crushed under the bus..HARYANA ROADWAYS IS FAR FAR BETTER THAN THIS PUNJAB ROADWAYS N DRIVERS N CONDUCTORS ARE TOO MANNERABLE...I was stupid k tried to board PUNJAB ROADWAYS...fukre bharti kite hoye aa jihna nu akal v nai k kudi te bazurag nal kida gall krni aa..alag hi rabb bne bethe aa te passengers nu harass krde ahoje beakal lok...My father specially went on Activa scooter to drop me on time...despite knowing it is highly accident prone area...
Ahojeya nu nokri krn di ta akal ni Kam se kam boln di hi akal sikh le.n..i will forward this complaint in written to higher authorities also...take strict action against the bus conductor who are spoling name of Punbus Roadways...I will never travel in it again n will stop other too

I had given Rs 150 to the conductor, out of which Rs 138 was charged. But he gave me only 10 rupees instead of 12 rupees. In my view, he has done this to about 10 people. Please look into this matter. The number of the bus is PB05RI8852 and it leaves Ganganagar at 2 PM.

Today 12/05/2023 I was waiting for my bus at bus stand Patran, district Patiala. At that time one bus came towards me very badly. I fell down down and protected myself from accident. Bus No is k 4959. I think bus was of Chandigarh depot. Please take a strict action against driver for this mistake which mistake was made by him deliberately.

I travel by bus number 9174 from Patiala to Jalandhar at 10:22 am. The driver drives so rashly.. Today the negligence of the driver, I and other passengers fell down while sitting on a seat. Since the bus was at a great speed, the driver just took a wrong right turn and he used a cell phone and wear a air pods at the time of driving. A front sliding door opened unfortunately due to the high speed and rashing driving and I fell down from a seat . Kindly take strict action against the driver. Otherwise I will filed a complaint to the CM of Punjab to take necessary actions into the matter.

The bus driver is not stopped bus at bus stand.i have proof, clicked a picture of bus while running.

We are students and we travel from jamalpur Ludhiana to chandigarh university daily and Bus came but the conductor didn't open the gate we called him again and again but he ignored.

After 4 minutes Rajdhani bus arrived it means Punjab roadway driver give advantage to private bus service

Toady 27 april 2023, i was at phagwara chandigarh byepass and waiting for bus to jalandhar. Bus no. Pb07ca0379 came and dropped passengers but conductor deny to take me into bus forcefully.

This type of service of punbus is very poor and employees of punbus are not supportive. This type of incidents happen daily but nobody bothers because nobody complaints about them. And this root cause do not reach to department. I request...

Punjab roadways buses are not boarding female passengers. Please tell me why this law is made if they can't board the passengers... Its really bad to know that this law is just for show off nothing else... Please resolve this problem and take an action towards them or else we public have to take an action towards them by uploading videos and all... The route is from pathankot to jalandhar and its been 5-6 time they didn't board us... Right now I'm complaining here next time I'll complain on YouTube as I've more than 10 k subscribers they will support me too... If this will happen again..I'll share the bus video and number too...Please take an action ... Thank you...

Sir my name is Rahul. I am a resident of Mukerian. Today I was coming from Mukerian to Pathankot by Punjab Roadways bus no PB08EW-1197, The bus conductor of this bus did not drop me where I had to drop. When I spoke to the conductor, he misbehaved with me and he abused me, even he was ready to beat me.
This is really shameful.
If you think that the conductor should not do this then I request you to please take strict action against the conductor or fine him. So that he doesn't behave like this with any other passenger in future.

I am travelling everyday from isbt 43 to ropar on punjab roadways with daily pass. i am working in habitare pharmaceutical. sir the driver is refuse to drop us on surjit hospital bus stop at 9pm night. there is no convence to go home therre is a lady with me also. sir is that right at night for us .

Jai hind sir.punjab roadways bus which comes from mukerian and than arrives at hoshiarpur after hoshiarpur bus arrives for Chandigarh 9.55 AM.when bus reached at Chandigarh bypass bus not stoped at Chandigarh bypass bus seats empty and bus driver not stoped bus that's why people's waiting for bus face harrasment.bus arrives at Chandigarh bypass 10.15 AM .plz take necessary action
