I am travelling everyday from isbt 43 to ropar on punjab roadways with daily pass. i am working in habitare pharmaceutical. sir the driver is refuse to drop us on surjit hospital bus stop at 9pm night. there is no convence to go home therre is a lady with me also. sir is that right at night for us .

Jai hind sir.punjab roadways bus which comes from mukerian and than arrives at hoshiarpur after hoshiarpur bus arrives for Chandigarh 9.55 AM.when bus reached at Chandigarh bypass bus not stoped at Chandigarh bypass bus seats empty and bus driver not stoped bus that's why people's waiting for bus face harrasment.bus arrives at Chandigarh bypass 10.15 AM .plz take necessary action

Myself Navjot . I was on jalandhar Bus stand on 8 april 2023 . Time 3:15 pm . The punjab roadways Bus no : PB08CX 8239 was on standing there The route of this bus was on Ambala, Delhi . I ask conductor will this bus go to the Ambala he replied No . But the route was on the Delhi ambala why the said No but he was allowing ladies to the bus why not to the gents .. he was misbehaving with the passengers .

Just told him the number of passengers with me for clearing his doubt and he behaved rudely instead of saying ok or thank you as we had a long journey he made me feel embarrassed in front of other passengers

ਬੇਨਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਤਰਲੋਚਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਮੇਹਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਾਸੀ ਪਿੰਡ ਧਰਮਗੜ੍ਹ, ਤਹਿ. ਬੰਨੂੜ, ਜਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਐਸ.ਏ.ਐਸ ਨਗਰ, ਮੋਹਾਲੀ ਦਾ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹਾਂ। ਮੈਂ ਇਕ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਸੀਟੀਜਨ ਹਾਂ । ਇਹ ਕਿ ਮਿਤੀ 06/04/2023 ਦਿਨ ਵੀਰਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਰਾਹੀ (ਕਾਰ ਨੰ.PB-65-BC-6797) ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ਸਹਿਰ ਤੋਂ ਅੰਬਾਲਾ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਵੱਲ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ। ਮੈਂ ਕਾਰ ਬਿਲਕੁੱਲ ਸਹੀ ਤੇ ਖੱਬੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਚਲਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ। ਸ਼ਾਮ ਕਰੀਬ 4 ਵਜੇ ਤੋਂ 04.15 ਦੇ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਅੰਬਾਲਾ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਟੂਲ ਪਲਾਜੇ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਥਾਣਾ ਸ਼ੰਭੂ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਅਚਾਨਕ ਹੀ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿਛੋਂ ਉਕਤ ਦਰਜ ਪਨਬਸ ਦੀ ਬੱਸ (ਬੱਸ ਨੰਬਰ PB-06-BB-3758 ਡਿਪੂ ਸ਼ਾਇਦ ਪਠਾਨਕੋਟ) ਬਹੁਤ ਤੇਜ ਰਫਤਾਰ ਦੇ ਵਿਚ ਆਈ ਤੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਨਿਕਲ ਗਈ। ਓਵਰ-ਟੇਕ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਬੱਸ ਦੀ ਰਫਤਾਰ ਏਨੀ ਜਿਆਦਾ ਸੀ ਮੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਕਿਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਅਣਸੁਖਾਵੀ ਘਟਨਾ ਵਾਪਰ ਸਕਦੀ ਸੀ। ਏਥੇ ਦੱਸਣਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਬੱਸ ਦਾ ਡਰਾਈਵਰ ਇਹ ਜਾਣ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਬੱਸ ਓਵਰਟੇਕ ਕਰਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਮੇਰੀ ਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਵਿਚ ਵੱਜੀ ਤੇ ਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਵੀ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਡਰਾਈਵਰ ਨੇ ਬੱਸ ਥੋੜੀ ਹੋਲੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਭਜਾ ਕੇ ਲੈ ਗਿਆ।
ਇਹ ਕਿ ਜਿਸ ਰਫਤਾਰ ਦੇ ਵਿਚ ਡਰਾਇਰ ਬਸ ਚਲਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਲਗਦਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਉਸਨੇ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ, ਜੇਕਰ ਓਵਰ ਟੇਕ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਮੇਰੀ ਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਇਡ ਨਾ ਵੱਜ ਕੇ ਟਕੱਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਤਾਂ ਬੱਸ ਵਿਚ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਵਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਦਾ ਜੁੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਕੋਣ ਹੁੰਦਾ ? ਮੈਂ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਬੱਸ ਦੇ ਡਰਾਈਵਰ ਦਾ ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਟੈਸਟ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਪਤਾ ਲਗ ਸਕੇ ਕਿ ਬੱਸ ਦੇ ਡਰਾਈਵਰ ਨੇ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਡਰਾਇਵਿੰਗ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਜਾਂ ਨਹੀ।
ਇਹ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵੀ ਦੱਸ ਚੁੱਕਿਆ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਇਕ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਸੀਟੀਜਨ ਹਾਂ ਜੇਕਰ ਬੱਸ ਦੇ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਓਵਰ-ਟੇਕ ਕਰਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਹੋਰ ਘਟਨਾ ਵਾਪਰ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਤਾਂ ਇਹ ਘਟਨਾ ਵੱਡਾ ਹਾਦਸਾ ਬਣ ਸਕਦੀ ਸੀ।
ਇਸ ਲਈ ਮੇਰੀ ਆਪ ਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਮਹਿਕਮੇ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲ ਕਰਕੇ ਪਨਬਸ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਬਸ ਡਰਾਈਵਰ ਦੀ ਇੰਨਕੁਆਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ ਤੇ ਬਸ ਦੇ ਡਰਾਈਵਰ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਪੱਕੇ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਨੌਕਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਕੱਢ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ ਜੀ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਹੋਰ ਡਰਾਇਵਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਸਬਕ ਬਣੇ ਕਿ ਅਸੀ ਬੱਸ ਕਿਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਚਲਾਉਣੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਬੱਸ ਦੇ ਡਰਾਈਵਰ ਦੇ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮੇਰੀ ਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਕਿਤੇ ਗਏ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਦਾ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇ ਜੀ। ਆਪ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਮੇਹਰਬਾਨੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।

This is reagrding the behaviour of bus conductor of bus no PB08EC1630. Time was around 1:30pm . The bus was standing for more than 30 minutes. I had to go pathankot bypass and bus was going to jammu. Since i am adhar card holder of punjab state and Punjba govt has made roadways free for females. I asked the then conductor if this bus is going to jammu bypass he said this bus is going to jammu and i will not allow any female passenger let in who is going to jammu bypass. He spoke so harsh and rudely that other people came ther. He dis respected other ladies alos who were standing there to go to pathankot bypass i asked the conductor to charge my fair despite having adhar card he statred yelling at me. His behavior was not acceptable. Punjab govt has made it free still these roadways conductors misbehave each time when they see female passengers. I wnat you to look into this. This is not the way speak to a lady.

Bus not stop at Bus Stand, Bus Stop after or before 100 meter from bus stop. BUS RUN BEFORE DOWN THE PASSENGER. SOME TIME PASSENGERS GET INJURED DUE TO THIS.
This Problem Bus No PB07BQ0822 Route Tanda to Hoshiarpur at Bus Stop Kaloya.
Today one Teacher Injured in this bus morning time 7.57 AM. Bus Driver not Stop the bus after teacher injured. so Please take appropriate action against the driver and what action has been taken should be told to the person who completed it.

This is Narendra Kumar Verma Q.No. 132-A, Tpye-4D, Rail Coach Factory Township Kapurthala Punjab 144602.
On dated 02.04.2023 time approx.12;00 noon, I picked-up the State Transport Bus (Roadways ) from stoppage kapurthala chowk to travel the Kapurthala city .I I was alone passenger, who picked-up the bus from above said bus-stop due to heavy mud was there.
After passing 10-12 minutes, no one Bus-conductor came to me to issuing the Ticket, when I saw Bus-bonnet side than someone was finger pointing me. That man was not sitting conductor seat & not in proper uniform.
After knowing finger pointing, I left my seat & met conductor & request him to issue me bus-ticket from kpt chawk to kpt bus station.
Meanwhile, one person is standing nearby of Conductor, he said sit your seat, you will get there.
After 5 minutes checking the other passengers tickets, he came to me & said you are without ticket pay INR.150.00 penalty.
I approached truth to Ticket Inspector in following manner.
(i) Only me picked-up the Bus from KPT CHOWK Jalandhar.
(II) Bus conductor did not come to for issuing the Ticket.
(ii) Even Bus conductor did not call me for Ticket.
(iv) 60% Bus seats are empty, his visual-approach can not be translucent.
(v) Bus conductor behaved rudely, said leave bus immediately even I told him, I am a Government officer.
(vi) Bus inspector ignored my facts & charged penalty and also said same amount INR.150.00 also recover from this Bus-conductor.
It is desired to examine my complaint & refund the deducted amount immediately.

I was traveling from dasuya (hoshiarpur) to chandigarh, during my journey bus conductor don't cut my ticket with adhar card, then after some time he starts abusing me for ticket and spoke against the free traveling bof women's in Punjab the bus no is PB07 CA 3601

I am a student so I use Student Pass otherwise it costs me about Rs.110 per day. The problem here is that even though Maqsooda Bus Stop is a registered bus stop, most of the PunBus/Roadways buses don't stop at this station specifically because of the students and female passengers who use Student Pass and Adhaar Card respectively. Kindly solve the problem by making these Roadways buses to stop mandatory at the Maqsooda bypass Bus stop which is about 12 km from Jalandhar Bus Stop.
I request you to take action against this.

I along with my mother carrying two different luggages of less than 20 kg in the morning bus from Muktsar to Amritsar . Bus departed from Muktsar at 5:10 am(28 March 2023) asked us to pay for the luggage and when i debated with the conductor and told to deboard the bus and i feel harassed and paid the half ticket for my luggage . I am seeking for the concern regarding my complaint nd help me in solving the issue....

Firstly they won't stop on bus stops.. I am facing this problem daily because I have to travel for my job.. And conductor of bus have no sense of manner to talk.. they always says free da vekh k chadd jandia bus te. Govt have provide this facility so why we won't take it..

Conductor refused to take me in bus and said firstly delhi passengers will enter then at the time of leaving will allow u.
When i asked why so.he start misbehaving.

Respected team i Suffered from misbehaving of conductor of bus no.pb 65a a7942, i was came from patiyala to chandigarh at 4.15 my ticket no. Is 00017033 from bahadurgarh to chandigarh the bus conductor firstly sat with a girl closely but not sit in conductor seat (seat 1) when the girl leave the seat and i was going to sit so he told me do not sit here so i changed my seat and sit on another seat again he came and told me do not sit here and stand back side i was confused because there was open seat no one is sitting and other were sitting there then he say nothing to them,
When a girl sat on seat then bus conductor changed his seat with girl when girl leave he sat on another seat

As uh know in rupnagar there is higj population and finding a job and doing course here is not so easy due to increase in population from student of +1 to age 59 person is having course or job in Chandigarh. And we r not so wealthy that we can afford private cars, motorbikes etc although driving to Chandigarh is not in our hands. Daily we r standing on bus stand no bus stop for us not even a single and buses who stop are full they stop because they r full mostly all buses go from highway not even come to bus stand and sir people who r of 60+ how can they run and catch a bus sir injury will occur sir this is their duty to stop there so that people will go.
