Got an anonymous call to cancel the ticket booked on punbusonline.com.
No other information was provided except that the bus is broken and requested to cancel the ticket so as to avoid any inconvenience. However no information was provided by travelyaari helpline number which is behind (backoffice) the punbusonline.com bookings
Helpline number: +[protected] was called multiple times but either it is always busy or the operator disconnects or if the operator does not provide much information and disconnects. So this phone number is really useless. After so many calls one gentlemen picked and raised my complaint to check if the bus is cancelled or otherwise. I had to travel in an emergency and now facing such problems even after booking ticket in advance. Now I do not know if the bus would be cancelled and I have to wait for long at night.

My mom, me and my brother have to travel from ludhiana to sirhind and further change our route and traveling time was just 2-3 hrs but had to travel 5-6 hrs and also my mom can't travel by bus . We have to go ludhiana to sirhind but by mistake we get into route bus ludhiana to sangrur, we were unaware of route . I asked conductor 2 times that will bus go to sirhind, he replied yes but when the bus was about to reach malerkotla, I asked again will bus, go to sirhind then he replied no this, is, not our route .so we have to travel back malerkotla to sirhind in private bus and we were out of cash and arranged money at a time and reach our destination 11: 30 am and left ludhiana 6: 15 am .
I want my money refunded as soon as possible and reassurance that nothing such will happen with any body in future .

I was travelling from nawa shahar to verka chaunk Mohali on 11/03/2023 along with my mother. I paid Rs 500/- to conducted and he gave me a ticket for Rs 110/- and my mother showed her Aadhar for which she was allowed to travel free. today i was travelling with my cosuin brother from ambala cantt to dl border.Before buying ticket i said to conductor if you can drop me on rodeo mall in kundli on highway then i will ravel in your bus.He said ok rodeo mall is on highway i will drop you on your location rodeo mall.Because i was not feeling well due to some fever.On location i said to conductor please stop the bus.Conductor & driver said to us bus will not stop here on singhu border i will drop you. Thats time i said ok.But they stop the bus before sighu border & dropped us.I said why are you dropping me here before sighu border.They said bus will stop directly i.S.B.T.

Firstly they are not running there bus services properly.And miss behaving with customers.

I want take sticktly action against bus driver & conductor as soon as poosible.Because due to there careless services normal public is facing problems.

When I was travelling from Jaladhar to Kharar, i was stunned to see the behaviour of the conductor, the conductor gave the ticket of Rs175 from Jalandhar to Kharar and when I reached Kharar Gilco Valley and i asked the bus conductor to stop the bus, the conductor said that your ticket was Jalandhar to Kharar and you have reached Mohali and the bus did not stop and also said take more ticket of Rs15 then I gave him Rs50 and he dropped me at Old Sunny Enclave and kept Rs 15 and the give me a ticket of Rs 15 and give me back Rs30 and also Rs5 drop in running bus . I was stunned to see the rude behavior of this conductor. I request the Punjab government to take this matter seriously and also please take the necessary action against him. I shall be very thankful for this.

Hi, it's Harjeet Kaur from Ropar(Punjab). My Job Location at Mohali. So I commute via Punbus from Ropar to Mohali daily basis.

Behaviour of Bus conductor is very RUDE & MISBEHAVE with me. Loudly Talking. PUSH ME not to enter bus . They say Jalender bus, Roopanagr ho ker nahi jati. bus pe alrady 4 person Roopnager ke the. Regular Punjab Roadways/Punbus Roopnagar. (Isbt 43 to jalandhar) bus never stop the bus at Mohali New Bus Stop (Opp. Verka Milk Plant).

The problem here is that even though Mohali ( New Bus Stop Opp. Verka Milk Plant) is a registered bus stop, most of the PunBus/Roadways buses don't stop at this station specifically evening time because of the students and female passengers who use Student Pass and Adhaar Card respectively.

I' m attached the bus ticket & Bus Conductor Photo with Date & Time. Date : 03/03/2023. Time : 07:07:14. (Evening)

Please take necessary action against Bus Conductor. (Ticket & Conductor Photo Attached).

I am Rahul from kartarpur Punjab.
I work as a Web Developer in jalandhar.
So I commute via Punbus from kartarpur to jalandhar daily.

I have made a regular monthly bus pass of punbus.

I pay in advance for a month to travel in bus.

But most of the conductors are very unprofessional in their work they differentiate between the passengers going to Amritsar and Kartarpur

They give preference to Amritsar passengers. A don't let us in their bus

They say only Amritsar passengers are allowed.

And sometimes they say Kartarpur sawari should stand and let them sit even if the other person is not old age or lady.

Some say sit after Amritsar passengers.

Today I have boarded Amritsar bus to go to kartarpur and when the conductor come to me to check tickets he misbehaved with me
Why you boarded the bus, you should come after Amritsar passengers.

I have said there is no passenger standing in the bus.
What I did wrong? He got angry to me

I thought I should have to complaint, so I opened my phone's camera and I asked him his name and he got me angry and said wrong language

I don't know why they are always in anger.

And in the bus there were Police officers also, but they took their side.

The bus conductor also shot my video in which he said I am misbehaving with him and
the police man also said, yes, that I was misbehaving with him. I am attaching the video that I have captured.
I could not take the full video of the argument because I got nervous, and the video stopped, it was like road rage then the conductor took my phone away from me, and he was not giving it back to me.
No one took my side.

All kartarpur passengers are very frustrated with these conductors.

What I want to take action to better service. I do not want to get into trouble.

Also in morning they don't stop the bus on kartarpur bus stop the took the bus in speed too far away from the stop

and sometimes they dont even stop an remain the door closed even if the bus is empty.
We all have to catch the bus by running.

If you ask to kartarpur passengers, 100% of those will say the same thing that I am saying.

I am paying in advance to government to travel, but what I am getting is frustration every day.

Even in bus strikes, no matter how long the strike goes there is no refund of our pass.
One time their strike gone till 14 days means 30*14 = Rs420 loss
and this thing continues and no refunds
This will not look much but for me who just started his career has to face this

There are good bus conductors also who talks very politely to passengers but most are very bad.

Please reply me back on what could be done from yourside. And please, I do not want to get into trouble.

I think you will not satisfied with the video I shared, but the situation was like it accidentally stopped and the conductor snatched my phone
And if he shares his video, please make sure to compare who was misbehaving.
For more proofs, evey Kartarpur passenger will tell you the same thing.

And if this is not right place to complain please guide me what to do I am very frustrated.

Respected Sir, My son sachin sidana doing his ITI from Govt ITI JAITU. He daily up-downs from Village daula to jaitu by bus. We applied for student bus pass at the office of faridkot bus stand, but conducter on duty rejected it by saying that he has no permission . You are requested to take proper action against this.

Bus timings was 2am and bus was gone by 1:40am. No communication was given to us and no call was there even during pick up.
So much inconvenience caused.

I took this bus from Chandigarh to Moga. The bus reached to Ludhiana at nearly 11Am. The driver told that the bus will stay on the busstand for nearly 5-10 minutes. I went to go to take some refreshments for just 2-3 minutes and i saw the bus moved. My all stuff was in the bus. I was very alone there. Then i took a auto from Ludhiana busstand to Bharat nagar chonk. From there also bus was moved by just 1-2 minutes before.
For just the matter of 3-4 minutes the driver couldn't even wait. As he only told the bus will stay for 5-10 minutes. He must be on his words then.
This was very mischievous behavior of the driver. Because of him i went into a trouble. Just for his 2-3 minutes, i wasted my 1 hour worrying about by bags.

It is to inform you that I am a resident of kotla bajwara and through this mail I want to discuss a very serious matter with you. The matter is that I everyday notice that many school going children especially young boys and girls and many old people travel through Punjab roadways bus from Sirhind to Chandigarh on daily basis. And I am feeling very ashamed after seeing the condition of the people who are traveling in it. The buses are fully loaded exceeding their capacity and due to less number of buses going from Sirhind to Chandigarh, the children and old aged people hardly get a seat to sit and mostly travel standing in the bus. Even the condition is so worse that many people have to stand near the doors due to no seat available in the bus and this can definitely lead to some misshaping. Regarding this, I took some verbal actions and talked with some people in power but got no result. So, i am now being forced tell you about this ### situation in written so that you feel the importance of the matter. And yes, my personal suggestion is to add more buses to the current route as soon as possible. Looking forward to your action to this

I went to PRTC depot in ludhiana today to book my bus ticket to delhi but the employees don’t want to do any work, they bluntly said we don’t have time for all this, they just sit over there to get their salaries but don’t want to move their bum . I wanted to book my ticket in-person because I don’t have any indian bank card but My first tym experience was really terrible and I’ll never take this kind a government service again in my life

Today me and my wife were going to Banga from ISBT sector 43. Your bus ( PB 02 EG 1034) came on counter number 10. And I asked to this bus conductor this bus will go to Banga, but conductor said to me this bus not going to Banga. I asked reason, but he was talking very rudely. Kindly take strict action on him.

I picked the bus from balachaur near about 7.35 . I requested the conductor please dropped me at stop Tuttomajara because it was night and i am to late but they refused and dropped me at mahilpur which is 5 k.m far away from my stop Tuttomajara. At night there is no another taransport available so i walked to Tuttomajara and reached home at 9.45 . I am harassed by your staff. Sir punjab roadways is public transport but they harrased the public. Please take strict action against them

I am working as Assistant Professor in the DAV College, Nakodar. I am daily passenger from jalandhar to nakodar. I am daily coming in the punjab roadways with adhar card and today conductor rejected my adhar card and saying daughter of is mentioned here but the wife of is not mentioned here so I cannot take your adhar card and you have to take ticket. The bus number is PB05AB4996. Time was 13.24.43 on 3.2.2023. The bus was of fazilka depot. I am same forwarding to the CM. This was very bad dealing of the conductor. I asked him to write that you cannot consider it but he and driver refused to do it. And said "utar jao bus cho".
Take it as seriously with the strict action.

Hi, it's Jarmanjit Singh from Shahkot city. My college is in Shahpur city and the nearest bus stop is the Lambra bus stop. I am a student so I use Student Pass otherwise it costs me about Rs.130 per day. The problem here is that even though Lambra Bus Stop is a registered bus stop, most of the PunBus/Roadways buses don't stop at this station specifically because of the students and female passengers who use Student Pass and Adhaar Card respectively. Kindly solve the problem by making these Roadways buses to stop mandatory at the Lambra Bus stop which is about 15 km from Jalandhar Bus Stop.

Complaint again punjab roadways no. 2758. running from jammu to amritsar. It was schedule to depart at 3: 45 as told by conductor but departed at 3 : 43 without taking 2 passenger to gurdaspur.. Left passenger in spite of having seats

Dear sir/madam,
I, gds bpm residence of punjab want to drwa to your kind attention to take the quick action against drivers of punjab roadways 's driveres transportation services from fazilka to ferozpur.They have made their own kingdom at bus stops . They do not came on time .Moreover they do not came.There is a service after 15 minutes but we have to wait for them half an hour and sometime more than this.
It is hardest request to solve this problem. There are lots of passengers travelling from fazilka to ferozepur .but if buses do not came there is lot of rush and difficult for employees to trav to home.
