Punjab roadways bus conductor missbehave when i asked that is there no stappage at sirhind. When i said that i would complaint you then he said that no one can do any action against me . Then i said you can drop me on flyover, but he did not pick any passanger and go. bus no. PB02DQ48... may be 49 date 04/12/2022 time at ambala cantt. bus stand 15:17

Not allowed me to travel in the bus. Conductor asked double ticket for my luggage. Please let me know if i have to pay extra ticket for my electronic luggage within weight limit.

Conductor deny to travel me in the bus. He told me that I have to purchase ticket for my electronic luggage. I Mac. Which is not good why I should pay double if I'm in limit. Please look into that matter.

I am a student so bought a daily bus pass of punbus Punjab roadways from goraya to Jalandhar i get bus in morning from goraya but in afternoon conductor refused to stop at goraya bus stop and didn't let me board the bus i even complained to Jalandhar station supervisor but my problems still didn't get resolved

For the above said subject it is stated that I traveled from Ferozepur to Moga on 27-11-22 in the bus No. PB-65 BB 5349 with my daughter and showed the conductor of the bus the digi locker Aadhar card of my daughter but to my surprise the conductor of the bus denied to accept the digi locker Aadhar card and insisted on the Hard copy. When I told him that the digi locker certificate is valid as per govt guidelines he started misbehaving with me. Please look into the matter at the earliest Ji

I have paid full tkt charge of 700 rupees for Chandigarh to Delhi. But bus left me in chandigarh. Driver started to travel without sitting me.
Bus no. PB65AS8471. I need full refund.
I was on time going for urinal. Without any enquiry and head count they left the isbt sector17 chandigarh.

Today I got daily bus pass from Jalandhar to goraya but when returning from Jalandhar almost every bus conductor refused and said this bus is not going to stop at goraya

I travel on daily basis from Sanghera to ludhiana as I am working in Punjab Agricultural University. I never faced any problem till today but unfortunately today i was talked very rudely by conductor of bus no. PB10Ht2843 as I asked him to stop bus at Gate No. 1 PAU, LDH. He told me to make a complaint against him as he believed that he was nowhere at fault. I being an employee of government, was totally embarrassed by his behavior

Punjab buses drivers do hurry while stop on the stations. The people have to come out of the moving bus. This is very dangerous. People can't come out safely. Old people and children have high risk of slipping down the bus.
I request the drivers first confirm that all passengers came out and then move the bus.

I was travelling from bilaspur to mandi & mandi to pandoh himachal the bus was new but during travelling by your bus i am suffring from my back disc problem because o[censored]r bus kamani patte was found short and due to short of pattas passenger is not comfurtable during travelling so please give back my ticket amount & hospital charges for my disc problem my mobile no is [protected]

Driver stopped Bus at Liquor shop near Bahalgarh for Liquor purchases by 2 passengers and they drink Liquor in Bus but not stopped Bus at Karnal chownk for passengers.

Need a appropriate action against Driver.

I Amandeep Kaur working in Punjab police today[protected] I travel from isbt sec 17 Chandigarh to Shahabad markanda in punbus that was departure in 3:45pm and the bus number is PB06BB3760 I want to stat that the bus conductor firstly misguided me about it is not Punjab roadways bus go away or wait for another bus lastly I sit in bus but he again use roudly world's against me in publicly and force me to take ticket or get out of the bus . My humble request to u kindly take necessary action against such a unmanner employee of PUNBUS

I am Priyanka. I wish to draw and focus your mind on the unworthy and unwarranted behavior of bus conductor.
This morning I sat in a Punjab Roadways bus from Samrala Chowk to bus stand at 8.57pm and after 2 to 3 minutes the conductor came and said that there is a not local stand. If there is no local stand, why was the bus stopped at Samrala Chowk.
Then he says why didn't you even come to my seat to pay in rude behavior. All the bus conductors come to collect the ticket money from the passenger. I travel by bus everyday but haven't seen such a bus conductor who can't come to collect ticket money.
All buses charges 10 or 15 rupees from Samrala chowk to bus stand.
But it charged Rs.25 and forcibly gave a ticket from the Kohara to the bus stand.
I don't understand how you give jobs to these types of people, seriously who don't have the manners to talk to ladies.
please take action on such people immediately. This is not a tolerable anymore.
At least teach them how to talk to ladies.

I m 50% physically handicapped person and today on 31/10/2022 I am going from Jalandhar to Ludhiana by Punbus number PB08EC 1623. I have my concession pass to travel by Punbus/ Punjab roadways on 50% concession as per guidelines of Punjab government. I showed my pass to bus conductor but he refused to give me half ticket and start misbehaving and using abusing language to me. I was so much harrased by the conductor and I took full ticket to travel. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful on urgent basis so that such abusive conductor should take a lesson to how to behave with a person with disabilities.

If anyone travelling with his luggage and suddenly small part of the luggage is fall down from the bus outside on road,
Is it ok if driver and conductor leave the passenger with his luggage on road without waiting for a minute?
Even he has left some more important luggage in bus?
Is it the right way to behave with passengers?
Is it necessary to inform police that my important luggage is left in that bus please stop the bus at next bus stop?
Shouldn't it the duty of roadways bus and their staff to behve with the passengers rightly?

The incident happened like this: I board the bus bearing number PB02CR6628 at 2:30 PM on 29th Oct, 2022 from kunjwani. My purpose was to go upto pathankot but then I came to know that bus has stay of half an hour at Rajbagh. Then I told him to give me ticket upto Samba. He took 40 Rs from me and didn't give me ticket upto 10 minutes. Then I asked him for ticket and he then told me to give 5 Rs more and after that he gave me ticket of Rs 45. Point is he is involved into corruptive practices and put the public money into his pocket also he misbehaved with me too. Strict action should be taken against this conduction. God knows how much money everyday he put into his pocket.

I would like to inform you that the number of Punjab roadways buses was reduced from the past one week from Batala to Jalandhar route due to the time ups with private company buses. Also, the conductors and drivers on this route are not treating well with lady passenger due to free service provided by the government of Punjab.They close the doors of bus that no lady passenger will approach the Punbus. This will not represent a good quality service provided by Punjab roadways. I request you to increase the number of buses on this route .Kindly consider the case and I hope to take a prompt action on this complaint.

I want to ask that why the buses of Punjab roadways Dont stop on the bus stopage at dholewala bus stop and Partap chonk bus stop while going out of Ludhiana or while coming back going to bus stand while other private busess stop at all the bus stopage

So kindly take a proper action on this so that the public of your are will be free form silly problem like this
