Myself soumyasree s w/o mr. Prajith as is consult with an executive of pnbhfl mr. Binumon for construction plus plot loan. Reference number is (Hou/coc/0418/513529) mr. Binumon has given all the wrong information and done signature in all the papers of application and agreement. He told many lies and without my permission he signed on the papers of insurance. By giving wrong information he has given the application to pnbhfl on 05/04/2018.
I recieved a mail from loan approval mail from mr. Joby varghese the relationship manager. Beofore getting sanction letter of loan mr. Binumon has forced me to send 12800 rupees as processing fees to his personal account.10/04/2018 i got sanction letter mail from pnbhfl. The processing fees has been collected more than the amount is written in the sanction letter. The information given in that was wrong according to the executive's prior information. He misguided me that at any time i will get back the processing fees amount if i cancel the loan due any unsatisfactory with bank. After recieving the sanction letter i wait upto june 2018 for dispersal of loan. But they were saying some other reason which was not told before and waited my time. I could cancel my plot registration agreement date due to this irresponsible fellow and pnbhfl. Thereafter i informed the executive and relationship manager to cancel my loan and return processing fees. I send the mail to relationship manager on 23/05/2018 to cancel the loan and returning the processing fees as the executive told to me. Again the executive misguided me that i will get back the processing fees amount back and rs.1000 only will be deducted from that. I was waiting for many months and make call many times. But they gave me hope and told me to wait. Finally the executive told me last january 2019 that pnbhfl will not give back the processing fees back. He agreed that it is his mistake and told me will do something. Finally he changed his way of talking and not responding to my call. Still he has not given any positive result for returning the orocessing fees.

    I have applied for home loan at pnbhfl in bangalore. And to my surprise, in the disbursement letter i see a very high amount towards insurance premium which i have not even opted for. Even the bank exec has not informed me about any insurance policies while applying. Suddenly they have added 105000 lakhs towards insurance amount to home loan in sanction letter.

    Also they have charged me rs.15279 which even customer care dont know whats that money for.

    I have received this documents after the disbursement i have not received any information before that

    After consulting with few people i came to know that, under rbi insurance act laws, no bank can force customers for insurance policies with home loan. I will not be able to take the insurance policy mentioned in the sanction letter.

    So i request you to please check and revise the sanction letter without any insurance premium added. Please help.

      I am trasfering my home loan. I am ready with dd of other bank but pnb housing finance wasting my time to eat insterst from me.
      Realy this is very disappointing for me as they charging for each and every step to close the loans.
      This company is running behind customers to offer loan, but harrasing later.
      Worst finance company.
      Struglling from last 5 days to close my loan.

        I applied for a home loan transfer from hdfc to pnb to get additional loan amount. Pnb approved my loan on 31st jan 2019. Due to the month end pressure they scheduled my disbursement on midnight. Actually it is a loss for me if they schedule disbursement during non banking hours ie: midnight. They cannot issue cheque on that day. They calculate interest from 31st jan 2019. I received mail about disbursement on 1st feb 2019 morning.

        But they didnt deliver cheque before 5 pm. Hdfc was not accepting transaction after that.
        On saturday and sunday were weekend off for hdfc. I raised a complaint for the delay to pnb customer care and nodal officer. On monday ie: 4th feb 2019, they called me for delivering cheque. But i contacted branch manager at cochin branch to compensate me because of the delay happened jn delaying cheque. Branch manager got angry and told disbursement will be cancelled. So the executive who deliver cheque returned the cheque to bank. Today pnb received the complaint and relationship manager contacted me and told me they have to close the complaint and for that they will waive the interest for 2 days and i have to agree for that. If i dont agree that, they will cancel my loan.

        Mu question is how can a relationship manager cancel my loan to resolve my complaint. I almost lost 6000rs due to their delay (4 days interest 3200+ hdfc interest for 4 days 3000) they are not ready to compensate me for this loss.

          request for foreclosure letter

          I have a home loan with PNB HFL and i requested for BT to other bank for better roi. Now, PNB HFL guys says i have to pay 3% pre-closing charges and minimum time they take to provide foreclosure latter is 15 working days.
          They literally create lot of problems and delay the issues. In any other bank you go there is no pre-closure charges and foreclosure letter will be given within a day.

          @PNB HFL: Please grow and satisfy...

          I have taken housing loan from pnb, however i have to face many challenges because of due diligence of relationship manager (Karuna pandey). He never explained me about short ocr and may more...
          I have dropped sent many emails to pnb customer care but i haven't got any reply.
          They are not explaining the procedure clearly and they will stretch till the final date and no one will help later as we already survived. They are only taking fees and not helping clients.

          I have taken a loan and its sanctioned .But the loan was not disbursed. At the time of disbursed they find out many legal issues about the property. When loan sanctioned they told all are ok and paid to promoter. Now 3 months had over and my sanction was Re-Valid. PNB executive has delay for it.

            I have applied for housing loan in PNBHFL with ref no. REF/HOU/MRH/1218/615824 and executive is saying insurance is mandatory which is not required for me.

            As per my understanding I should not be forced to take any insurance along with loan, since I have term insurance already I don't want to go with insurance for loan.
            Can you please help me to resolve this

              I have availed a housing loan of amount rs. 8 lakh from pnb housing finance ltd., trivandrum on 31/07/2004.

              I have closed the loan on 25/02/2014 and i got no due certificate for that also.

              My housing loan account no: [protected]

              For a single loan pnb housing finance has entered three entry in my cibil record. One is correct and other two are bad entries and spoiled my credibility.

              First record: loan account [protected] loan amount current balance rs. 6 lakh. Date opened 18/4/2007 date closed 20/4/2012. This is not at all related to me. It belongs to someone else. Pnb is recording in my cibil record. The situation is very dangerous.

              Second record: loan account [protected] loan amount rs. 8 lakh. Loan balance 0 loan closed on 25/02/2014. Date opened 31/07/2004. This is my loan details.

              Third record: loan account [protected]. Loan amount rs. 8 lakhs. Loan current balance -694191/- date opened 31/07/2004

              Date closed 11/01/2012. This record i am not understanding.

              On contacting the pnb housing finance ltd., trivandrum branch, they told me that they do not have any details about my loan.

              It is a surprise that a loan originating branch is not having any record of the loan.

              I made a online complaint to cibil also.

              I am not getting any positive response from either pnb housing finance ltd. Or cibil.

              1. fake invoice given to me for disbrsement amount.
              2. disbursement cheque not given to builder and emi is taking since 3 months.

              please correct this . employee r fraud, once earlier same fraud happened.

                I am CHANDA SOLANKI .I had taken loan from pnb housing finance & my loan account no. is HOU/IND/0718/551240.While taking a loan, I had submitted all my documents. Our bank approved my loan of 3085000 and after 70% of the amount was debited, today the bank is demanding a document from me which can not provide the bank, so the bank has I have refused to give the amount of the last check bank given on October 20 till today's date, the bank has not given any check and I Interest'm filling | My 30% approval is available in online request but the branch is unable to give me the amount .
                I have been rounding the bank for several days. But no one is responding properly to the bank, I request help from you.

                Please Help me ...

                  I have loan a/c no:-nhl/ahd/0918/582790 in pnb housing finance limited.Pnbhfl employee mr manishbhai mewada asked me you are making 10000/-rs fix diposit so you paying 5900/-rs prosesing fee so i have provided sbi cheque no:-939943 and 10000/-fd no:-[protected] and sbi cheque no:-939942 is 5900/-rs for prosesing fee. There after in disbursement amount 11034/-rs prosesing fee ask and debited and chit me. I have also complint in pnbhfl customer care date:-23/10/2018 complint no:-1100293 and 2nd date:-29/10/2018 complint no:-1166677 and 3rd complint date:-17/11/2018 complint no:-1381144 and 4rt complint date:-05/12/2018 complint no:-1611503 but not answer me so pnb housing finance is very bad and fraud me so help me and refund my 11034/-rs amount.

                    This is to inform you that i have applied for home loan in pnb housing as per the application no. Hou/noi/1118/603525.

                    Mr. Laxmikant representing pnb housing (Carrying mob no-[protected]) visited & collected documents. Roi for home loan, as mentioned by him was 8.9%.
                    Moreover, he committed to providing an extra discount of 0.15% to 0.2% on behalf of pnb housing.

                    During our visit to builder's office on 23 nov 2018, we were made to sign "loan sanction letter" where roi was mentioned as 9.1%. We disagreed and asked for correction before signing any document. But, he reassured that an approval has been taken for 8.9% and this letter is just a piece of paper while my loan will be disbursed on 8.9% only.

                    In spite of our disagreement over roi, he prepared all the documents and made us sign them after reassuring that our demands will be met. When asked for a copy of filled & signed documents, he said this is just a format you can anytime get it and fill it. On asking this is signed and won't be same. He jokingly said both will be same.

                    Since the start, his attitude was casual and unprofessional. Till today i haven't received any proof of committed roi. When contacted, he says it will be done today.
                    Today (On 5 dec 2018), he brought his senior on call. His senior informed me that roi will be 9.1% only.in spite of all this, mr. Laxmikant was adamant that ecs will be done on 8.9% only.
                    These statements are conflicting and i am very disappointed and unsatisfied with the service i received from pnb housing. I am serving maternity leaves and have a child of age 4 months. This experience is giving me mental stress and leading to mental harassment.

                    Hence i request you to please return all the documents like bba, tri-party agreement, hdfc bank cheques, all pnb kits etc. (Signed and in original) submitted by me or in my name till date.

                    I also demand that sum of rs.5040 (With the breakup: rs.3540 via sbi bank cheque no 140699 dated 13 nov 2018 and rs.1500 in cash) which were handed over to mr. Laxmikant shall be returned.

                    I also request to please put on hold any further transaction on my loan (With application no hou/noi/1118/603525).

                    Kindly do the needful on urgent basis otherwise, i will be free to move to higher authorities for resolution.

                      My name is l suresh kumar and applied for mortgage loan from pnbhfl, coimbatore branch. On 26 nov 2018, one of their employee m saravana kumar, relationship officer collected the documents and cheque for rs 5900/-. On 28 nov 2018, they asked one more documents and queries. On the same day, verification team visited my house. Once, i again asked regarding my loan details, there is no response from them. On 29 nov 2018, again verification team visited my home. On 30 nov 2018, rs 5900/- debited from my account. On 30 nov 2018, i asked him regarding original documents required or not. There is no response from them. Their only motive is collect money from customer in the name of loan because nirav modi cheated the bank approx 10000 crore. Now pnb has collected the money from customer. Once, i complained against pnb in consumer forum, a lot of people lost their money like me.in view of the above, you are requested to kindly return my money back and documents handed over to them. Otherwise i will file in consumer court. Pl take immediate action.

                        My name is l suresh kumar and i applied for mortgage loan from pnb housing finance limited on 26 nov 2018. Mr m saravana kumar, relationship officer of coimbatore branch told me that the cheque for processing fee of rs 5900/- to be placed on 30 nov 2018. The same not processed on 28 nov 2018. If application was not processed on 28 nov 2018, processing fee debited before intimated date and once loan was not processed on 28 nov 2018, the verification team twice visited my house on morning and evening.in view of the above, the bank cheating the customer in the name of processing fees. Nirav modi cheating the bank about 10000 crores to be recovered from customer. Pl file the complaint and instruct the bank to return the money. This is one of the harassment to customers.

                          I have applied for PNB top up loan/loan against property for 4 lakhs. I had requested this loan for doing some interiors work at my home.

                          They claimed that this easy process and would be done in few days and got a check from my INR 5900 for processing. But now after my cheque is passed and when I got my sanction letter, I am surprised to see that they are forcing me to take 20k insurance for 4 Lakhs and also saying that they would settle my education loan on their own and only credit the balance amount.

                          I am really surprised by this kinda cheating activity by a top bank. These weren't mentioned anywhere in the terms and condition.

                          I would request you to take the corrective actions and provide loan smoothly.

                          My Loan Account Number is NHL/CHE/1118/608533.

                            Despite my continuous concerns over possible rejection of my loan application, staff of pnb housing finance continued giving me assurances and wrongly motivated me to go ahead with paying the processing charges.
                            As expected, the loan was rejected and the processing fee was deducted. All call recordings with the staff clearly suggest how the staff had manipulated and motivated against the will of the customer and stole the processing fee. It is a regular practice of this bank and calls for a serious action against them.

                            I am an old customer and applied for the forclosure the HL account on 05.11.2018 along with deposited of Rs.1180 cash at PNBHFL Bhopal office.But till date they are not providing the required details.I am very disppointed with the services of PNBHFL.

                              I had my mortgage loan in pnb from 2015 till date and i was paying high interest rates. So, i got good interest rate offer from standard chartered bank.
                              Now pnb people are intentionally delaying to give foreclosure letter. Telling that it will take 10 days. All the other banks giving foreclosure letter on same day. Pnb people are harassing the customers.

                                I have applied for a property loan with you and got the approval mail on 25 sep 2018 but i have cancelled the loan. I have paid rs.6000 for processing. As i have canceled the i demanded to return my documents and rs 6000 which i havre paid initially, but both executive and his reporting manager is not picking the call. This is a serious issue.                                   This is to bring to your notice the major dissatisfaction and terrible experience which I had with your home loan department.
                                  With almost 6 months of mental harassment and criminal wastage of time and money I am here by writing to you so that you take necessary action and the same doesn’t happen with any other customer.
                                  Below are the details of the incidents.

                                  March 2018 –
                                  Sanction Letter was issued (REF / HOU / MUM / 0318 / 503090)
                                  All documents were submitted to your executives Vimal & Sudhir Pandey.
                                  Rs 5900 Paid through Chq No - 235581
                                  April 2018 –
                                  All property documents submitted to Vimal for and Rs 4000 paid for Legal & Technical through Chq No – 235584.
                                  Token amount given to owner.
                                  Post that I was informed that my Legal / Technical has been cleared and i can go ahead with the Stamp Duty & registration process by your executive Vimal & Sudhir Pandey took 1000 rs cash for Franking.

                                  June 2018 –

                                  As suggested by your team members I got the stamp duty & registration done on 6th June.
                                  Also all original documents i.e property / stamp duty registration / share certificate was given to Vimal for further process.
                                  I was asked to submit NOC from society which I submitted on 6th July.

                                  July 2018

                                  I was told that the Sanction letters validity is expired and i need to again get a new sanction letter.
                                  For which I again paid Rs 5900 through Chq no – 295588

                                  Again I was asked to submit a Letter from society in the format shared by Mr Rajiv Ranjan, which I submitted in a few days time..
                                  To get the letter I cleared all dues of the society which was Rs 20, 000.
                                  Then they were delaying the disbursement for some or the other reason without any proper explanation.

                                  Now the most hurtful and sad part is that I personally visited to Vile Parle Office & met Mr Vivek Vajpayee .

                                  On hearing my issue his Mr Vajpayee’s response was “we do not entertain cases of such petty amounts”.

                                  After submitting all documents, following all instructions, my question is

                                  Why was I not informed if there was any issue with legal technical there and then?
                                  Why was sanction letter issued for the second time if there was issue with legal technical, for which I had to again pay Rs 5900?
                                  Why was society documents asked if the property was not cleared as per legal technical?
                                  Why no intimation on the status of the loan, whether rejected / approved isn’t it your duty to inform about the status?

                                  Understand the mental torment that I had to go through all this while, I have lost hard earned money on stamp duty and other multiple payments for sanction letters & legal technical verifications.
                                  Now the stamp duty validity is also close to expiry.

                                  I demand an urgent attention and resolution to my issue failing to which I will be taking legal action against the concerned.

                                  I will share the required pictures of all documents that were produced by your team for final disbursement and my signatures were taken but still disbursement never happened.

                                    This is to bring to your notice the major dissatisfaction and terrible experience which I had with your home loan department.
                                    With almost 6 months of mental harassment and criminal wastage of time and money I am here by writing to you so that you take necessary action and the same doesn’t happen with any other customer.
                                    Below are the details of the incidents.

                                    March 2018 –
                                    Sanction Letter was issued (REF / HOU / MUM / 0318 / 503090)
                                    All documents were submitted to your executives Vimal & Sudhir Pandey.
                                    Rs 5900 Paid through Chq No - 235581
                                    April 2018 –
                                    All property documents submitted to Vimal for and Rs 4000 paid for Legal & Technical through Chq No – 235584.
                                    Token amount given to owner.
                                    Post that I was informed that my Legal / Technical has been cleared and i can go ahead with the Stamp Duty & registration process by your executive Vimal & Sudhir Pandey took 1000 rs cash for Franking.

                                    June 2018 –

                                    As suggested by your team members I got the stamp duty & registration done on 6th June.
                                    Also all original documents i.e property / stamp duty registration / share certificate was given to Vimal for further process.
                                    I was asked to submit NOC from society which I submitted on 6th July.

                                    July 2018

                                    I was told that the Sanction letters validity is expired and i need to again get a new sanction letter.
                                    For which I again paid Rs 5900 through Chq no – 295588

                                    Again I was asked to submit a Letter from society in the format shared by Mr Rajiv Ranjan, which I submitted in a few days time..

                                      I had applied for home loan at pnbhfl thane (Maharashtra) branch.

                                      At the time of application they didn't inform me about insurance policies.
                                      When i got the sanction letter i saw that they have added 2.5 lakhs insurance amount to home loan in sanction letter.

                                      I talked with the pnb hfl sales representative and he said that is mandatory.

                                      After consulting legal advisors i came to know that under rbi insurance act laws, no bank can force customers for insurance policies with home loan.

                                      I will not be able to take the insurance policy mentioned in the sanction letter.
                                      So i request you to please check with the pnbhfl thane branch and request to exclude insurance premium from the loan sanction.
