I was
appraised
by the
concerned
official
of
your branch that
all
requisite
formalities
for
issue
of foreclosure
letter
and
supply
of list
of documents
will be
completed
within
21
days
as
per
banking
noffns,
since
I
duly
submitted
the application
forthe
same
and also
deposited
an
amount
of

alongwith
the
said
application,

    I have loan account with PNB Housing Finance and applied for Preclosure statement on 20th Feb and its informed to me that it be delivered on 18th March 2023 but the bank is not giving it and delaying it which is not a good treatment to the customer. Customer service person telling that due financial year to show the track to RBI we are not issuing the Preclosure letter.seeing this I have another 2 loan which also I will move out from the PNB without fail.. The behaviors of PNB housing is to cheat the customer only seems. They trying to retain the customer forcefully. My loan is at Banjara Hills Branch Hyderabad. account number HOU/HYD/0722/1008571.Almost one month over since i applied for Preclosure letter. I also paid the requisite amount of Rs 855/- for processing of letter.

        I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the lack of communication from PNBHF regarding the foreclosure letter of my loan.
        It has been over 30 days since I requested information on the foreclosure Letter of my loan, and I have yet to receive any correspondence from PNBHF. I find this level of service to be unacceptable and it has caused me significant stress and uncertainty about the status of my loan.
        I have attempted to contact their customer service and office multiple times to inquire about the status of my loan, but have not received any response. This lack of communication has left me feeling frustrated and uncertain about the future of my finances.

            Address: PNBHFL Pondicherry branch and PNBHFL OMR branch

            I am to state that I have requested the PNB housing finance Limited for the issue of outstanding balance of loan account no. NHL/OMR/1019/753207 & Loan Account No. NHL/PUD/1021/917680 on 06.02.2023, but till now I did not receive the same. When I approach the Pondicherry branch office, they are telling me that your request is under process. Even after completion of one month, they did not produce or not give the loan outstanding balance. already I have paid Rs.885/- per loan accounts on 10.02.2023 through cheque payment.

            Hence, I kindly request you to interfere in this matter and instruct the PNB housing finance Ltd., to issue the loan outstanding balance as on 31.03.2023 .

              Greetings of the day..

              I had availed of a housing loan through PNBHFL and my loan account number is HOU/GUR/1218/623482 .

              I had applied for pre-closure of this loan on the 2nd February’2023 with reference number 20931394 at my service branch in Gurgaon. I had submitted all the required documents along with the requisite fees and they told me that the letter would be issued in 3-4 working days.
              Upon repeated follow ups they informed that it will be issued in a maximum of 21 working days. As of today which is the 10th of March its beyond 30 days.

              I have been following up regularly but in vain.
              Till date I have paid all my EMI’s on time including the one which has been debited from my account today. From a customer’s standpoint I find this as an arm twisting exercise just to mint interest from loyal customers.

              I fail to understand what is stopping PNB housing to just let me know the total amount payable.

              I spoke to one of their customer care officer named Mr. Puneet yesterday and he promised that someone senior would call me back which never happened.

              I would request your kind intervention and help to get this resolved and to ensure a pre-closure letter is issued and the loan is closed immediately.

                Pre closure letter request was initiated on 13 January, more than 60 days has been passed till pnbhfl is not giving me pre closure letter.
                Multiple mail and followups with branch has been done still no resolution.
                Escalated issue to Nodal officer also still no resolution.

                Home Loan Details:-
                Branch : WARJE
                Customer ID: 1166475
                Loan Account Number: HOU/WRJE/0717/409515

                Please provide outstanding amount letter for complete loan closure amount.

                Reason :- Flat cancellation (Maharera order number for your reference : Complaint No. CC[protected])
                Builder Skyi Team will be providing cheque in favour of PNB Housing Finance Ltd. for outstanding loan amount.

                Requesting to provide outstanding loan amount letter on urgent basis.
                After loan closure is successful, i will be needing all submitted documents of property with NOC
                on fasttrack basis.

                I have also taken icici property insurance and hdfc life insurance linked against my pnb home loan.
                Requesting to assist in getting remaining insurance amount from your insurance partners after loan closure.

                  Dear All,

                  I have following two loans with PNB Housing Finance Limited:

                  1.HOU/HYDK/1221/938113

                  2.NHL/HYDK/1221/938660

                  I placed a request for pre-closure and paid the requisite fee to my home branch (Kukatpally Hyderabad Location) on January 31st, 2023. its been more than 24 days and i have not yet received the pre-closure letters.

                  I am very disappointed with the service of PNB Housing this is one such reason why closure and you people are making life hell by delaying things.

                  They are willing delaying things so that they can collect EMIs in the interim.

                  No one should take loan from PNB housing, they make your life hell.

                    Hello,

                    This is with reference to my existing Home loan with PNBHFL with account no. HOU/GHA/1121/929826

                    On 18th January 22 I have raised request for pre closure letter and List of documents through Vasundhara, Ghaziabad Branch(UP) with service request 20814228.
                    I was informed that it take 21 working days. Now it is 23rd February 2023 but I have not received my requested documents.
                    I am making consistent follow up with customer care but looks like they are purposely making delay.
                    They are saying waiting for approval, update me shortly: till now no time lines share with me.

                    Why so much time is required to provide two documents. It is totally harassment from PNBHFL. I also marked the copy of communication to Nodal officer but nothing happened so far.

                    I wrote mail to Nodal officer today also and marked copy of mail to "executive.[protected]@pnbhousingfinance.com".

                    I request your help in this regard to get my documents as early as possible.

                      PNB housing finance team is delaying to provide foreclosure letter, why do they take morethan 45 days to provide foreclosure letter. Now a days systems are more faster to process any type of loans, but do their system are very slow in processing to close loan?
                      I have paid all my EMI genuinely and the same i am expecting from bank side. Money is most important matter for everyone and not only for banks. Already i have paid a lot to my bank. I am following with customer care team daily for providing a closure letter. PNB will not receive check from 24th till 4th of next month.                         I am following with the PNB housing office, Jalandhar for the issuance of Pre closure letter of my loan. I submitted the request on 14th dec 2022 and till date pre closure letter is not issued. Their retention department called my mother on 28th dec 2022 but she could not be able to attend as she is not medically well. I again contacted PNB housing Jalandhar office and explained about the call missed and requested them for the call back, but no call was made by them till 09 Jan 2023. I again called then on 10 th Jan2023 and i am surprised to listen that their executive Ms. Deepali told me that their retention department call my mother on 10th Jan 2023 morning around 10.15 am and she is not reachable. The same time I called my mother and enquired about the same, but she has not received any call. Then I requested my mother to visit their Jalandhar office. She is 65 years old and taking all the pain in such a winter climate to reach their Jalandhar office from Phagwara and saw her mobile phone to Ms. Deepali and asked her to check the call details for which they are claiming that she is not reachable/contactable. We again requested them to arrange a call on 12th Jan 2023 my mother receive a call from their retention department, but she was asked by an automated call to dial extension number when she dialed the extension number call got disconnected this happen 3 time but all in vain why can they make a simple confirmation call. I fail to understand when we submitted the physical letter for Pre closure along with the Fees and I am continuously marking an email to their customer care for the issuance of Pre closure then for what they are delaying all this is a customer harassment. Their Nodal officer also don't bother to reply to customer email don't know for what purpose nodal officer is there. Moreover, when my mother is trying to each on that number it's not connecting.

                        WRT my complaint, my mother visited to PNB housing Jalandhar office on Friday (13th Jan 2023) and there she shows that the call received from the retention department is not going successful, then the officer Mr. Gaurav Kalia and Ms. Deepali coordinated with their retention department and get the confirmation call connected with my mother. After the confirmation done with my mother still, I haven't received the Pre closure letter. Its more than a month I applied for and still struggling to get the Pre closure letter. It seems that PNB housing is not bother about their customer and all the emails which is simply getting ignored by their customer service and Nodal Officer.

                          I have requested for Pre-Clauser letter from pnbhfl.its more than 35 days from my application date but still i have not received letter yet.
                          As per the bank rule and policy they will provide the letter in 21 days.
                          I have communicated them via phone, personal visit(By adjusting my office timmings)in bank and also alternate days I am taking the followup via email but not received any input from pnbhfl.

                            Hi Sir/ Mam,
                            As i am going to sell the house, I raised the loan closure request with the Branch on 22nd of November and dropped mail to customer care on 23rd of November. Still I didn't get any response or approval for my loan closure request. I contacted customer care nearly 25 times. They are saying that they contacted me on 9, 19 & 21st december. But I didn't receive any call back. I dropped mail to the customer care along with the sale deed & continuously contacting customer care to check the status, always They are telling me to wait for 24 - 48 hours to get a call back from your side. I contacted on 23rd december, it crossed nearly 96hrs but still i didn't receive any call back. Even today I contacted the customer care, they were saying the same status that i need to wait for another 24hrs. I contacted the Branch office as well, They said that they will check the status & will call back but no response from their side as well. It is eating my time. Am also a working woman, so I can't continuously contact the customer care. But still I hardly contacted the customer care 25 times. But not getting the proper response as well as the call back from your end. Please consider my concern and help me for the same. Your proper action would be much helpful for me.

                              Dear Sir/Ma’am,
                              1. This is to bring in your kind notice that I have taken a LAP loan ( from PNB HFL Agra Branch.) I was forced to take the loan insurance despite of the fact that I said no for the Loan insurance of Rs 50000. Regarding this, I have already denied at the time of applying for the loan. When the associate (Saurya Tiwari) give me the section letter, I saw the charge of insurance charge of 50, 000/. I asked the Associate as well as the team leader (Dharmendra Sharma). They both assure me that that will be waived of after disbursement. I the time of check handover, I raised the same concern. That time credit manager (Ankit) and Team leader (Dharmendra sharma) again assure its very simple for us, Don’t worry about it just call customer care and they will resolve it.
                              On the next day, I call Pnb housing customer care and raised the request for cancellation of insurance. Customer care responded that it would take 7 days for the cancellation of insurance.
                              After 7 days I call customer care and did not get any positive response. I have mailed the team leader and nodal officer regarding this concern.
                              Still taking the follow up with PNB, But not getting the any response.

                                This is with reference to my existing Home loan with PNBHFL with account no. HOU/KOL/1021/919483.

                                On 22nd October 2022 I have raised request for pre closure letter and List of documents through Park Street (Kolkata Branch). I was informed that it will take 15 working days. Now it is 16th October 2022 but I have not received my requested documents. I am making consistent follow up with customer care but looks like they are purposely making delay the only response that I'm getting is that it is in progress. I visited Bank for the same, they told me that I will get the letter by 11th of October 2022, this date is also passed now.

                                I have paid all my EMI genuinely and the same i am expecting from bank side.PNB will not receive check from 25th to 5th of next month. Again there will be delay now. Already Paid this month EMI instead of having a check ready with me because they said I have to follow 15 working days procedure for the closure letter. Only for providing the balance amount which I have to pay they are taking 15 working days and even that date has passed and I didn't get any update.

                                Why so much time is required to provide closure letter.. It is totally harassment from PNBHFL.

                                I request your help in this regard to get my documents as early as possible.

                                Didn't Get any update from the Bank till now. Whenever I'm asking when I will get the letter, they are providing me a different date. Only giving one date after another. Can not see any progress.

                                  Dear Sir/Maa'm,
                                  1. This is to bring in your kind notice that I have taken a land loan from PNB HFL Dehradun Branch.
                                  2. I have the following grievences
                                  (a) I was forced to take the loan insurance despite of the fact that I said no for the Loan insurance of Rs 70000.
                                  (b) The advocate hired by PNBHFL for the customer dealing like Registry of the land provides very pathetic service. Despite of providing him with all the requisite documents timely, he didn't prepared the documents timely. Moreover his staff is very rude in nature & talks in a very bad way to the customer. Despite of paying him full fees he doesn't provides timely service. If your bank cannot provide the efficient advocate then why the customer has to hire advocate through your channel. WE ARE NOT PAYING THE ADVOCATE FOR GETTING INSULTED.I want action against such pathetic service provide by the agencies hired by PNBHFL.
                                  (c) Also my loan got sanction on 27 Oct 2022 and registry was done on 03 Nov 2022. So technically the loan amount was not taken from the bank and not provided to the customer, so if I have not been provided with the amount then why am I charged with the interest of the amount that was not even released to me. PNBHFL procedures are very customer repulsive and not smooth as a result of which I got very much harassed with your branch procedures.
                                  3. Request kindly resolve the complaint filed by me at the earliest.

                                      PNB housing finance team is delaying to provide foreclosure letter, why do they take 15 working days to provide foreclosure letter. Nowadays systems are more faster to process any type of loans, but do their system are very slow in processing to close loan?
                                      I have paid all my EMI genuinely and the same i am expecting from bank side. Money is most important matter for everyone and not only for banks. Already i have paid a lot to my bank. I am following with customer care team daily for providing a closure letter. PNB will not receive check from 25th to end of the month. Again there will be delay now. My loan account no is HOU/KAVI/1020/829057.

                                      They are literally harassing me in order not to get the desired document so that loan is not closed.

                                        Hi Sir,

                                        I have taken home loan from PNB HOUSING FINANCE LIMITED
                                        amount of 1799700.00 in 19 march 2019 and tenure was 240.

                                        I have started pay interest of partially disbursed amount from March 2019.
                                        Initially rate of interest was 9.0%.

                                        The total amount has been disbursed on[protected]. Till then they have taken only interest . After that they have fixed EMI and amount was 16669. In between they have increased rate of 9.24%.

                                        After I have raised a ticket to decrease rate of interest because of this the y have decreased and new rate of interest was 8.85%.

                                        And Now they have increased ROI 10.19%. and Remaining tenure is 297.

                                        I am not able to understand initially tenure was 240 and I have paid proper EMI 19 months. Even then tenure become 297 . I do not how they increased ROI 10.19%.

                                        Sir Please look into the matter.
