I have requested for Pre-Clauser letter from pnbhfl.its more than 35 days from my application date but still i have not received letter yet.
As per the bank rule and policy they will provide the letter in 21 days.
I have communicated them via phone, personal visit(By adjusting my office timmings)in bank and also alternate days I am taking the followup via email but not received any input from pnbhfl....

I have taken an house loan from PNBHFL on April 2022. Initially I have provided 7 cheques from HDFC bank.

1.First EMI month cheque was rejected by HDFC bank, saying Signature Mismatch(Even though I have given the correct signature only), then PNBHFL has added bounce charges(880/-) in my EMI amount. So I thought it was my mistake and I have paid that amount too by online.
