It has been over 30 days since I requested information on the foreclosure Letter of my loan, and I have yet to receive any correspondence from PNBHF. I find this level of service to be unacceptable and it has caused me significant stress and uncertainty about the status of my loan.
I have attempted to contact their customer service and office multiple times to inquire about the status of my loan, but have not received any response. This lack of communication has left me feeling frustrated and uncertain about the future of my finances.
As a valued customer of PNBHF, I expect a higher level of customer service and transparency. I kindly request that you promptly provide me with information on the foreclosure of my loan, including any updates or changes to the process.
